Good experience

I got what I wanted and the delivery was very quick. I've only driven around 100 miles in wet and dry conditions and I am very pleased.
The only criticism is the A1 system when I enquired for the time and date of delivery etc, it was useless.

From start to finish I was informed of everything and on the day in freezing wet conditions the gang informed me throughout the day. They arrived at 7 am and worked continuously till after 5.30 pm. I can't thank them enough especially the Leader.

Worst courier in UK

Every other courier has delivered to me quickly but not Evri. My parcels are mostly delivered to the wrong address or late or never.

Very poor communications

Very poor communication. I purchased a mobile phone from these people and it was described as 100% perfect with an excellent battery and fully refurbished. From day one the battery was discharging at an alarming rate and I tried everything to resolve that. Frustrated, I contacted Ruezone who suggested that I send it back for examination. I had to remove a couple of accounts and eventually they got back to me saying that they had found some faults and could send me another phone or take a refund. After that things went downhill and they were not responding to my emails. I had to resort to warning them that I would open a case with eBay before they finally paid my refund. I found the whole experience quite stressful and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Reason for changing It is relevant

I did not like being charged more in the winter months as our electric usage stayed the same as in summer. My renewal price was over twenty pounds per month more than the company I had been with before changing to Switchly. That is why I changed

Parcel arrived damaged and key missing.

My parcel arrived in good time but the wrapping was ripped and I discovered that a key was missing. Despite contacting ipost by email and using live chat on three occasions, I never had a response to the issue and ended up having to drill out the lock and buy a new key/lock set for my item. Very poor customer service. First and last time I shall use this company.

Trip trip to USA.

I FOUND THE EXPERIENCE SMOOTH AND WITHOUT FAULT. WE LEFT ON TIME AND ARRIVED ON TIME BOTH WAYS AND THE STAFF WERE VERY COURTEOUS WITH PLENTY OF FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE
THROUGHOUT. FULL MARKS TO BUDGETAIR, WE WILL CERTAINLY USE AGAIN.
