I always get the same driver, so when I know I'm receiving a parcel I'm happy knowing it will be delivered with care and always with a smile. This chap is fab and there should be more like him

If I could give no stars I would. Brought 2 decals in good faith but after a week no sign so emailed the company. I realised then they had a UK email address, but we're based in Lithuania! No reply to first email so continued to email each day but no response to date. They have effectively stole my money so now I'm trying to recover via bank as I brought decals via credit card.

No problem with the payment process. The app was a good way to keep on track with my monthly payments. My only and biggest criticism is the distinct lack of human customer service! Having to speak to someone via a chat that took forever was highly frustrating and annoying

These flowers were delivered to my mom who lives quite far away, so I never got to see them. But she said they were packaged in nice gold paper, and were still partially in bud on arrival. She was happy with them so that's fine with me.

Great boots - yet to try them out on our boat however - but carn't fault the price or the service from wetsuit.
