Not impressed

Initially the process seemed easy, I accessed the online return portal to obtain the QR code and pay for the postage. I dropped my parcel yo my local inpost drop off point and immediately received confirmation of this by email. Next day I received a further email to say courier had collected it and it was on the road. The following day I received a further email informing me it had arrived and the yodel warehouse and would soon be delivered. That was 6 days ago and I have had no further updates. If I track my parcel it says it is still at the warehouse.

Poor customer service

My delivery was absolutely fine but don't bother with customer service, they are hopeless. Had an issue recently which has yet to be resolved. If you read the reviews there is just a generic reply to any complaints, this sums up their customer service i doubt they even read the reviews.

After a recent problem with a delivery subsequent deliveries have been fine.
Don't bother with their customer service tho it's not good at all.

Was happy with the cover after my usual company ridiculously refused to insure me after having a knee replacement 9 months ago which I've had no problem with since.
I've deducted one star due to the bombardment by email and text to leave a review

Shambolic

The online order was delivered okay but I have given JD Sports 1 star again because they still haven't resolved a complaint I made recently. They reply to the review asking for details and give a reference number but then do nothing to resolve it. This is consistent behaviour from JD and then to add insult to injury they continue to bombard you with emails asking you not to forget to review your purchase!!!

Extremely frustrated

I've ordered a lot from JD recently without any delivery issues from couriers including Royal Mail and Evri. Unfortunately for my latest purchase JD has used Yodel and to date I have not received my parcel. For the last 3 days I've received email confirming that my parcel is at my local depot and is out for delivery but at the end of each day I my tracking information states my parcel has just arrived at my local depot. This morning I have again received an email stating it is out for delivery but I don't hold much hope!!

Really poor service

My parcel has been at my local depot for 3 days. For the last 2 days I've had notification that it is arriving that day with a given time slot but it didn't arrive. When I checked tracking at the end of each day it is back at the local depot saying driver experienced problems. Clearly the driver has been given too much work because Yodel have bitten off more than they can chew!

The difference between instore and online shopping

I always shop online from JD as the service online is far superior to the instore shopping experience. The staff at my local store at Cardiff city centre are at best dissinterested and at worst unhelpful.

Service was excellent, although delivery says up to 10 days , item arrived within 2.
I was called the day before to advise of delivery.
The only negative was that delivery was very expensive, almost £11 for a £3 item

Was disappointed with the presentation…

Was disappointed with the presentation of the trainers I ordered. No packaging inside the box, just the trainers rolling around like they weren't new. As they were a present for my wife, luckily I had retained the packaging from a recent pair I'd bought elsewhere and was able to package them properly.
