The incompetence of this company is quite staggering.
There has been nothing but mistakes with my account since day one. Constant errors in billing, constant errors with payments being taken, literally YEARS I have been fighting them. I’m not even a customer with them anymore but for months they have still messed me around, most recently my account showed I’m due a refund of £4500 yet they look into and take £907 from me, not straight answer whatsoever as to why.

Do not touch E-On with a barge pole.

Teak outdoor 8 seater dining set, not used very often and hasn’t lasted 2 years and all chairs have completely fallen apart. Cushions have been used a handful of times and 4 out of 8 have ripped. Not good quality at all.

Car we were given felt like clutch was slipping en route from airport to accommodation, called and they straight away suggested driving a replacement car straight out to us which was easily an hour away. We wanted to get kids to bed etc as was late so we asked if the next morning would be ok and they were out first thing - highly impressed!

Easy to get hold of at all times and helpful with instructions etc.

Absolutely loved our experience with Tom Howley for our kitchen and boot room/utility which are beautiful. Design meetings with Rowena (not with the company anymore) visits to the showroom were always so welcoming and got lots of delicious food! The fitting was on time, seamless and Martyn was very thorough and kept a close eye on things. Special mention to Mark the fitter who went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect, promptly calling back through to tweak things after completion and was lovely to have around!
All round highly recommend.

Our regular driver is brilliant, very friendly and reliable, leaves and picks up parcels where we ask him to.

Awful service, wasn't told items I ordered over a month ago weren't in stock. The phone line just loops back to having to press 1 or 2.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They said they attempted a delivery on 4th July, they didn’t. I have contacted them and they said it’s basically up me to find it so I asked for a refund and they are saying no. Such a shocking company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Product as stated, arrived on time, not my first pair so knew what I was expected but perfect fit and comfy as always!
