I tried to talk to someone regarding a paid ticket, and because i couldn’t provide the reference number, instead of listening and trying to help, Simon , hang up the phone on me without even trying.
I paid the ticket and they didn’t even send me a confirmation.

Got F1 tickets with 6months in advance, paid 2k never received the tickets, after 2h waiting on call, told me there is nothing can be done, just to contact the seller.

I hear about Myoovi from different people, where everyone was pleased with it.
I bought it because of Endo pains. It doesn’t help, unfortunately!
It uses electric waves but the pain is still there, you are just distracted from pain.
My opinion, even on first mode was a bit too much.
But also, each body is different and maybe for other women works.
I am sorry, a bit disappointed for the price i paid.

Ordered a phone case and i called the customer services to change my address because i have put it wrong, they managed to get in touch with the warehouse and update my order. Everything fine. On my delivery day, the courier didn’t have my current address and the order was sent back to the warehouse. Got in touch with the costumer service and they said they will let me know when they will receive the return.
Tried to contact them via email regarding any further information but no response. I haven’t got my order or my refund.

I flew to Rhodes, Greece 10 days ago and when i got there my luggage was very damaged.
I have tried to contact the customer service but no one answered.
I have talked to the Jet2holiday repetresentative at the hotel and he said he did the claim and someone will contact me int he next few days.
No one bothered to contact me or even to write an email saying that they have received the claim or further informations.
I am am very dissapointed in the services.
