Absolutely distressed

I have had to come on here and leave a review as I feel so upset, frustrated and helpless to the point I have actually cried as Im really worried my order - which are all my sons Christmas presents are not going to arrive in time. I do not have the money to spend again to replace these if they don’t arrive in time!!!
I placed the order on 25th November- nearly 4 weeks ago (order no - A50942831) and I’ve still had no dispatch notification!!!
I have contacted customer service by email several times and just keep getting the same automated response which says their is a delay - this is not acceptable for such a large club especially when the items are not cheap and have spent a lot of money. I have tried calling the phone number, another automated response saying check my tracking number - that would be fabulous if I’d actually received one!!!!!!
It’s the lack of communication and customer service which is so frustrating and distressing - I just need an update. Don’t advertise Xmas goods with Xmas delivery if you can’t actually deliver. I live 100’s of miles away but would happily travel to your shop to collect as Im desperate for these items but you don’t offer this service either.
I have ordered many times from arsenal direct as everyone in my house are massive fans and I love the items available but this whole experience has actually put doubt in my mind as to if I would trust ordering from here anymore

Not even worth 1 star - went through - WOWCHER - ordered 2 Taylor swift advent calendars at a cost of £12 each, then had to pay £3.99 per item delivery- goods where never received and they will not refund me - they just keep sending the same email reply that it’s the couriers fault and I need to contact them. 2 months on and Im now being ignored- absolute scam of a company. Why do Wowcher let them sell on their site. Due to this I will never ever use Wowcher again

Why are these companies allowed to be so disrespectful?

Received a notification to say my parcel had been delivered to my chosen secure location - secure front porch (I do not have a secure front porch and I did not choose this location!!!) in fact it is just a doorstep on a busy street. I checked the delivery photo - it was a picture of my front door - there was no parcel in the actual photo either. As I was at work I could not check until I got home, as I suspected there was no parcel when I got home!!!! I contacted yodel who said they would open an investigation- 10 mins later I got an email to say investigation closed- What??????!!!!! I contacted them again and they said it had been looked in to and basically would not be doing anything else about it and to contact them again seller. I did this and they proceeded to send me the delivery photo (which was just a picture of my front door with no parcel) and said I needed to take it up again with yodel and they needed to admit they did not deliver it, which obviously they haven’t. So 2 months on Im still fighting this and going backwards and forwards between the 2.

Im so upset and angry now as they where Christmas presents and neither company could care less.

If I could choose a courier to deliver my goods it would not be yodel- how on earth are these companies allowed to get away with the disgraceful service they offer, with no disregard for customers that have spent hard earned money on these items ?

Would never shop elsewhere 5⭐️

Have used hair rehab for years for clip ins and tapes. Always arrives super quick. Great quality n choice of colours. Lasts me much longer than any other hair I have used. Would never shop anywhere else now

Exceeded my expectations

Was a bit worried when I placed my first order as I had always used a different company but thought I’d try hair rehab as I had a discount code and there was a wide range of colour choice. I needn’t of worried n was so happy with my purchase. Great colour match and quality I will definitely be using hair rehab from now on 😁

Poor service, sham of a company

Really wish I had looked at trust pilot reviews prior to placing an order. This is the first time I have ordered from this company and it will definitely be the last. I had recently heard people raving about these products and as it's supposed to be a big company didn't think there would be a risk of not receiving my order. After placing my order an email states 4 business days for delivery - great, no problem. But over a month later still no products. Several emails sent absolutely no response what so ever. How can they just ignore customers????? I just want my money back this is poor poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disgusted with the service…

I am disgusted with the service received from this company. Same situation as everyone else by the looks. Ordered £100's worth of goods for kids Xmas presents over 1 month ago. Just standard automated text saying order delayed, no explanation, no time scale when order will even be leaving the warehouse. Tracking showed yes they have accepted order - obviously taken payment but that's pretty much it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No actual response from customer service. I will now be cancelling my order as I can't risk waiting to receive an email 2 days before xmas to say "sorry your goods are out of stock". I really don't know how they are allowed to get away with still taking peoples orders, letting them part with hard earned cash when they can't fulfil orders they already have. I will definitely steer clear of this company from now on.

I have been ordering from cliphair for many years and now my daughter also uses them. The colour chose and match is excellent and hair always arrives very quickly. I had a recent query and contacted customer service. I received a speedy response and problem was resolved extremely quickly. Can't praise the service enough.
