Absolutely distressed
I have had to come on here and leave a review as I feel so upset, frustrated and helpless to the point I have actually cried as Im really worried my order - which are all my sons Christmas presents are not going to arrive in time. I do not have the money to spend again to replace these if they don’t arrive in time!!!
I placed the order on 25th November- nearly 4 weeks ago (order no - A50942831) and I’ve still had no dispatch notification!!!
I have contacted customer service by email several times and just keep getting the same automated response which says their is a delay - this is not acceptable for such a large club especially when the items are not cheap and have spent a lot of money. I have tried calling the phone number, another automated response saying check my tracking number - that would be fabulous if I’d actually received one!!!!!!
It’s the lack of communication and customer service which is so frustrating and distressing - I just need an update. Don’t advertise Xmas goods with Xmas delivery if you can’t actually deliver. I live 100’s of miles away but would happily travel to your shop to collect as Im desperate for these items but you don’t offer this service either.
I have ordered many times from arsenal direct as everyone in my house are massive fans and I love the items available but this whole experience has actually put doubt in my mind as to if I would trust ordering from here anymore
