Would recommend - great post exercise!

I have been really pleased with the Hydrava electrolytes and also the customer service. The product tastes really nice. At first it gave me headaches (I normally only drink water) but over time, when I drink after exercise, it has definitely made me feel better overall. When my bottle was cracked upon arrival, the team sent out a new one immediately which was really appreciated and says a lot about them as a company. I would recommend - especially if you're big on your exercise!

Working for Inteletravel has completely changed my life. It has allowed me to leave my decade long career in teaching and do something that I truly love whilst earning from the best industry in the world, flexibly around my children . I have been so impressed with all of the suppliers that we are partnered with and I love the breadth and depth of travel that we are able to book and earn from. I have been able to build a return client base quickly and know that my clients will receive end to end support from booking to travel completion. The training that we have access to is continually exceptional and my only regret is not finding it sooner. The flexibility it allows me around my children and other commitments is second to none.

Would recommend - previous coffee addiction gone!

Really love this product and it has been the perfect coffee replacement for me. I feel much better generally. The first 2-3 days I felt quite spaced out upon drinking it but now it makes me feel much better.

Absolutely terrible quality

Absolutely terrible quality. Paid £50 for a red jump suit. It was nothing like pictured, no structure, not worth £6 from Shein. Took weeks to arrive, no confirmation email and when you try to return, you have to front the cost of the shipment back to China with no promise that it will ever make it. Customer services are incredibly poor. This company works by making their “easy returns” impossible and therefore scamming people out of money with a poor product that no one would wear. I didn’t think to check the real reviews because of their fake reviews on their website and the price point. Avoid!

Property damage by HML with refusal to rectify, despite my property not being under their management

My owned property is not managed by HML property contractors but my garden backs onto an area of land which is managed by them. A number of weeks ago, HML contractors removed part of my property hedge without consent leaving 2 holes in my garden perimeter each measuring approximately 1.5m each in length either side of my compost bins. I have two young children and family pets and my once fully secured garden is now compromised and anyone could walk in or out of it (including my 4yo). I contacted HML expecting both an apology for their contractors negligence and details of rectification work and the response was “we believed a fence ran behind the hedge we removed”. When I pointed out that clearly this was not the case and they would have realised this after the exposure of the first hole, no further contact from HML was given. I rang to speak to someone and was advised to email their customer experience team. I did this straight away (over two weeks ago) and have still had no response. I followed up with phone calls and voice mails asking for a phone call with no response. I emailed once again to be told they had already responded on 20th May telling me that they “believed there was a fence there” (there isn’t). Again, thinking that this was a suitable response. It absolutely blew my mind that this happened in the first place but I accept that negligence with contractors happens and damage can occur where thoughtlessness and lack of professional capacity ensues. What I cannot fathom however is the company’s response upon evidence of how my property has been damaged and the lack of willingness to resolve. Avoid at all costs (if you even have the choice!)

Sensational experience

Our Virgin air balloon experience was absolutely sensational from start to finish. The whole team were friendly, playful and professional and our pilot Chris was clearly extremely talented and experienced at what he does. Having watched balloons go up before, I have to say the whole operation was way slicker than anticipated and we felt in good hands throughout. The balloon was sturdy and comfortable and we could never have anticipated the smoothness of the landing. If I'd have closed my eyes, I wouldn't have realised it had happened. Standing inside the balloon at the end was a lovely little bonus as was a lovely glass of bubbles with the group. Cannot recommend highly enough!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I cannot believe that I am having to leave this review (again). My parked car was crashed into by a third party on 24th July 2023 (almost 8 months ago to the day). In this time Halo have had possession of my car. They have repetitively failed to fix and return it to me over this 8 month period. They have now returned my car to me on 5 separate occassions, each time with remaining problems. This morning was the latest ocassion. I received a phone call at 9am informing me that my car would be delivered back to me (great). Same message saying they would be retrieving my hire car (not possible- I'm not there). I had no forewarning and was informed they would be there in 90 minutes. I rang to inform that I was not going to be home (or even nearby), and received a voice mail from the fleet manager saying that my insurance would cease the second they return my car. NB; I've been given 90 mins notice of this and was in a different county with my son. Fortunately for me, Halo returned my car to my house where my husband was there for the hand over. I say fortunately as my husband got in the car, turned it on and the engine management light came on instantly. He handed the keys back and told them to return it once repaired. I am at a total loss as to how a company can be so incompetent; both in terms of mechanical knowledge and implementation and also communication. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. 8 months on and I have no confidence in Halo's ability to safely fix my car so that I can safely transport my children. Not only this but I've now been waiting 5 hours for a call back from the gentleman who was meant to be heading up the hand over this morning. This is despite the fact (I assume) his delivery men have returns my car and informed him of the situation. The whole thing is just staggering. Halo need to look at every single stage of their processes. From their mechanical expertise, to their communication and the accuracy of their "hold" voice overs! Nothing about this company is 5 star. The Fact that you're only asked to review if you're giving 5* is telling in itself!...

Great classes and superb instructors

Great classes and superb instructors. Always a really nice atmosphere and clean space. Great, separate areas throughout the gym for different activities and clever key fob system. Such good value for money and love the My Zone heart rate monitor as an additional bonus.

Super easy to organise next day courier service. I have never done this before but I used Anyvan to collect a sofa from my best friend's house over an hour away and it was a great decision. Reasonable, good communication and safely delivered. Thank you.

9.5 week repair

My stationary parked car was hit by a third party on 24th July. Today is 29th September and my car has just been returned to me. The damage on the vehicle was relatively minor (rear dent, broken electric wing mirror and electrical fault). For the first 5.5 weeks, Halo managed to fix the rear of the vehicle before returning my car (still 50% damaged). After a quick 15 minute journey I confirmed that the wing mirror remained unfixed and I was experiencing a series of dashboard lights. It appeared no road test had been done as this would have been apparent? During this time, the communication from Halo was non-existent. I was always the one making the phone calls and trying to find whereabouts in the country my car actually was. The vehicle was then recollected and the wing mirror fixed (fairly quickly- a week!). The electrical problems beyond this point were then out of Halo’s hands and from this point on I dealt with a series of far more competent and helpful individuals that did their best to resolve issues. For this reason I am rating Halo two stars rather than one which I would have absolutely done after the first 6 weeks of repairs. A number of more senior people a Halo were very helpful and I appreciate their time immensely. However, the fact remains my car is still not in its pre-crash condition and I have been without it for 9.5 weeks.

No running trainers available in a big name sports shop

We paid for next day delivery as we needed the trainers for the afternoon but whilst they did arrive on the day, they didn’t come until 9pm. This was with £9.99 postage. The trainers themselves, whilst our son’s normal size came up over two sizes too small. I drove into our closest sports direct in Basingstoke to switch sizes and tried calling ahead over 8 times without anyone ever answering (across a number of hours). Chanced it and drove it to find that not only were there no other underarmour trainers in his size, there were no proper running trainers for a 5 year old at all- only fashion trainers unsuitable for sport. Very disappointed overall.

Suez continue to be impossible to…

Suez continue to be impossible to contact, either by phone or email. Their refuge drivers drive dangerously through local villages and are aggressive and derogatory when approached about it. It is not possible to talk to anyone at any form of customer services as all numbers online are inactive. Dangerous and aggressive men that put children and families at risk.

Shocking company persistence at trying…

Shocking company persistence at trying to get genuine review removed.

Following on from my 'poor' review of this company in August 2020, they have persistently attempted to get the review removed from the website, almost to the point of desperation on their part. Today (yet again!) I am having to send trust pilot proof of my purchase from March 2018 to validate my review. As if it wasnt bad enough that the mattress only lasted 2.5 years before being unbearably comfortable, and the customer service being abismal, it was suggested to me on the phone that 'maybe our needs had changed, for example if we had put weight in during lockdown!!!' (I weigh 56kg). I can't decide what is more shocking about this company anymore; their substandard mattresses, their customer service or their willingness to try and obstruct the truth?! Every trust pilot request I receive I am more shocked at Otty's behaviour...

Awful lifespan - AVOID

We have had our OTTY mattress just over two years and it is now so uncomfortable we cannot sleep on it. As it is just over its two year warranty, we contacted the company to find out what they could do. They said that we would need to provide photographic evidence of a dip greater than one inch. We provided such a photo with a straight piece of wood running parallel with the mattress and a tape measure at two differing points, clearly identifying the 1 inch dip. They rejected the photo (with no explanation of why) and said that they would only exchange if an independent company found it to be faulty (at a cost of £125 to ourselves). Customer service is appalling. After leaving my initial review I was contacted by someone else at the company and was told that maybe 'our needs had changed for example if we had put on weight during lockdown!!!' (For context I am 5ft 2 and 56kg and my husband is 6ft 1 and 74kg- hardly big people!!). The insinuation was both unprofessional and even more shocking than their refusal to help. Company refuse to accept that 2.5 year life span is unsatisfactory when mattresses should last 7-8 years. AVOID!!

Life changing programme

I recently completed my eighth wave of The Six Pack Revolution which I hope in itself explains how fantastic I think this way of life is. I completed my first wave ahead of my wedding in 2017 and the second ahead of my honeymoon. On both occasions I was thrilled with my results and staggered by my health stats (I managed to achieve the lowest possible level of visceral fat and had the metabolic age of a 12 year old!). I lost and kept off 7kg and continually improved my lean muscle mass. I felt the strongest and happiest I'd ever felt. I then fell pregnant and completed three waves on plan and followed all of the exercise challenges and food throughout. This really helped to ensure I was at optimal health throughout my pregnancy and I felt so fit and well even at 42 weeks! Following the birth of my baby, I jumped straight back on the next January wave to get back my pre-baby body! I lost 13kg and returned to my pre-baby weight and was able to gradually rebuild my fitness post partum. After my most recent wave, and eight months after the birth of my baby, I am now back to fitness and we'll on the way to seeing my six pack return. This programme isn't just about health and fitness, it is a mentality, a family and a way of life for me now. I will never be without it and I am so grateful that I found it when I did. I cannot recommend enough. Everyone should experience a wave!!
