Part was sent somewhere and delivery refused : Certainly not by us - and was returned to sender - Cannot phone to find out how and when we'll get a replacement, sent 2 emails to which i received no response, Have asked for a refund, No Response - My Customer is missing Horse Shows because we haven't received the part, Re Ordered from Grove Products, Very helpful company .. And still awaiting response and refund....

Miss Pick - Is what i was told, ordered an office chair and got a shoe rack, A member of staff in my workshop assembled it not knowing any different, then had to disassemble it - Re pack it, photograph and email to the company, i had to email several time for what wasn't my mistake, No real sympathy from Daals, just tuff, should have checked it... 2 weeks later finally got the correct item, and even that was a mess up.... As DHL had collected the incorrect item at the wrong time and i had to wait 1/2 an hr whilst the correct delivery driver sorted the mess out.. Wouldn't recommend this company and i certainly wont use them again..

Very Good service and i do like the Invoice2go system.. only real criticism and this could well be my internet is that 1/2 way through doing an invoice it crashes and i have to restart the lot - - But that could be a fault on my side..
Summary - Excellent service and back up from the team, so all good...

Absolutely rubbish - said they couldn't access the property, business camera system shows they never even came anywhere near are property,, so they also lie, definitely wouldn't ever use this company..
I have email the company as requested - Lets see what they do about it !!!
HA - As expected - Nothing !! And still couldn't deliver the next day ( Today ) And lied yet again -- Unbelievable - This company really need something done about them...
