I buy a lot of tyres being a driving instructor. So much better than Tyreleader who deliver the wrong tyres and then take months to remedy the problem. Cheaper than Asda. Quick and correct delivery. This is my go-to supplier now.

For clarification, I am a driving instructor and tyres get popped from time to time, I also have 2 cars to shod.
If they get the order correct first time then they’re fine. However, 24/8/24 I was changing my tyres over to all season and ordered 5 tyres to do so.
They took the money but then they just cancelled the order, refunded my money, didn’t contact me to say they were cancelling the order, I only found out when I started to think delivery was taking a while and saw they had returned my money. I ordered from Asda instead.
23/9/24 ordered 2 tyres as backups - no problem.
12/12/24 ordered 2 more tyres. Courier delivered 1 correct tyre (badly bent and needed reshaping) and an incorrect tyre. I spotted this incorrect tyre and refused to take delivery of the wrong tyre. The courier took it away.
Heard nothing from them.

When am I getting my tyre?
The outcome of your investigation is irrelevant. I have ordered 2 tyres of which you have only supplied 1.
I really don’t care what your delivery driver has done with the one I refused to accept; with the greatest of respect, that’s your problem.
I have supplied evidence that there was a problem and that he took the wrong tyre away.
You still owe me 1 tyre. Please send me this tyre.

What are you doing?
Where is my tyre that I have paid for? You took the money 12/12/24 and have only succeeded in delivering 1 tyre when I ordered 2.
You are calling me a liar, despite me providing video evidence that your courier took the wrong tyre you sent away, I have only received 1 tyre. I am not happy with being called a liar. You are getting me very annoyed.
Any conversation you have with the courier is your business. You have not completed my order yet, you owe me a tyre.
Send me the tyre.
I’d understand if I was just claiming a tyre was missing but you have video evidence he took it away. This now means the problem is with your courier and nothing to do with me; I am the innocent party to:
1. You sending the wrong product
2. Your courier not returning it properly
So why are you not sending me a tyre that I have paid for when I am the victim of 2 mistakes that have nothing to do with me?
You can sort it out at your end later but in the meantime you can have a happy customer by sending a replacement. By withholding the tyre, you are calling me a liar and taking money without supplying goods, not a good customer experience.

And the saga goes on, so IF they get the order right AND they don’t decide to cancel it for no reason, then they’re are fine. BUT, these people really don’t appear to care about customer service and in my opinion do not deserve to get business from the public that they show such contempt towards. I won’t allow them to take my money and not complete the order. Wish me luck.

Barbecue was easy to build and looks great.

I genuinely believe that they are trying their best for me. I have a number of sites with them that are used to fire traffic to my main website. Whenever I chat with them they are friendly and knowledgeable. I am not technically savvy and I phone them sometimes to get their opinions and guidance and they freely offer it with no strings attached- how refreshing!
They understand me and my work and actually respond when I ask them to do things. I am on the first page and rank highly everywhere so I can't complain!!
I usually speak with Satvir and she phones me up when she thinks she can improve my situation - which she does. Lovely lady. Then today, i just phoned the help desk and spoke to Richard - again, really lovely and helpful.
