Great support from Kai in customer services

Unfortunately I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order so was unable to track or view progress. I contacted customer service today and Kai found all the details I needed and sent them to me. Just need to wait for my parcels now! Thanks :)

Order paid for, not delivered and no response from customer services.

Order paid for, not delivered and no response. I placed and paid for an order on 1st November which has not arrived, it was out for delivery on 11th but EVRI failed to do asp as they messaged to say the packaging was damaged. On 19th November I revived an email from DUSK and since then nothing. I have emailed to request to have a refund into my account, to raise a complaint and for an explanation as to what has gone wrong. I am disgusted at the lack of customer service and would like to know how to proceed.

These cakes are the best

These cakes are the best! We had the Black Forest gateaux for 20, it’s was absolutely beautiful in appearance and taste. The website was super easy to use and my cake was ready on time at quite short notice. Will definitely visit you again!

The Hotpoint engineer Jordan was great!

The hotpoint engineer, Jordan, who has just attended our washing machine issue in Leeds was great. He was really professional and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix the problem, it's definitely back to the Super Silent model it was meant to be. Great service Jordan, thank you!
