I am sorry to hear you have not received the item you had hoped for and for the confusion surrounding the delivery of your order. After looking into this I can confirm this order was requested with the standard saver delivery which has an estimated delivery date around 4/10/23 however I can see this was delivered early.
I understand the folder purchased is not as you expected. There is a disclaimer in bold text on the product page stating that this item comes in an assortment of styles and we cannot guarantee which one you will receive. If you have received a style which you are unhappy with then we would be more than happy to accept the item back under our Change of Mind policy. If you would like to return the product then you can find how to do so by visiting https://www.therange.co.uk/returnsandrefunds/. Please note, items returned under the change of mind policy must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
