Shockingly Bad Service from Samsung
Terrible experience from start to finish. Samsung sent me an enterprise phone by mistake and it took 20 days for them to replace it. Every time I contacted support, they just passed me back and forth between customer service and technical support, with nobody taking responsibility or offering any real help.
I’ve only had the replacement phone for a month or two and it’s already losing pixels. Completely unacceptable for a brand like Samsung.
I won’t ever be ordering from Samsung again. Awful service and awful quality.
