Don’t do it!.. they took me court and tried to claim just over 20,000 of me for a 10,000 holiday a family member booked nd couldn’t go due to her daughters health condition worsening ..
They told me to cancel through jet 2 which I did… to then say I didn’t cancel it so cancellation cost remains and was the full amount off holiday???? Not just that but tried to say I booked a duplicate booking although we all know you can’t book a holiday with jet 2 without a deposit!!
I’ve never come across some really unpleasant selfish people that are not there to help just rob anyone trying to make a living…

I’m now having to pay back 1000 as I offered that.. wish I didn’t even do that as the court obviously could see that I didn’t owe them all off that as I’m sure I would have had to pay more back and didn’t even fight it ti get more… I’m sure if anybody lost 20,000 as they say they paid then you wouldn’t accept 1000 back even if it was 10,000

Pure scam company

I’m fuming as I bought a dress and wore it out to find throughout the evening the sleeve started to undo in the stitching.. I ended up with nearly a whole arm of holes where it all came undone… when emailing them to tell them what had happened they told me they can’t refund as I wore it?? So I received faulty item and put it on to see what started unveiling throughout the evening I’m so upset.. not only the embarrassment I went through that evening I also paid £55 for it! Disgusting service will not be using again!
