Absolute scam of a company. Like most people have said you get bombarded with % discounts but never give any figures as to what you are paying so if you do click to find out, bang your money has gone and no refunds. The "training" as as clear as mud so have contacted my bank for a refund and not to process the order.

I was a rep with them and booked a holiday through them. I got told my commission for that holiday was £216. I have now since found out i am actually only getting £105 commission. I have been waiting to cancel my enrolment with them since August
but wanted that commission so i would get some of my money back. I have looked at several holidays with their 'Preferred Partners' and will tell you that every holiday/trip i looked at was actually cheaper going to the same company than it was through Inteletravel, so if someone quotes you a holiday from Inteletravel, find out who your quote is with and then look yourself and you will get it cheaper than Inteletravel.

Absolutely crap company. Our contract was up for a renewal to an increase from £80 to £120+ pm. They didn't want to know about the price increases or about the speed issues we are having with the internet. So we are in the process of moving everything to another provider. Surprise Surprise we have had nothing more but more issues with the internet. Tv and internet nothing but buffering whether at home alone or if just the both of us at home. Really would avoid this company at all costs.

Have tried cancelling my subscription but no joy as kept getting error messages so have contacted my bank to stop payments. This is a scam, the website is p@@s poor, you have to go hunting to see if you've won anything that's if you can find you account number to double check. there's no contact us anywhere on the website and am still amazed they are still allow to advertise on tv.

This company is an insurance fraud scam. I have recently found out there has a claim put against my insurance company for an alleged accident 18 months ago. They wont tell me what the claim is about what damage was caused nothing. So apparently claiming someone was involved in an accident and a car reg constitutes a legit claim which is now affecting myself when it comes to getting car insurance. This nothing more than insurance fraud and will be contacting the FCA regarding this fraud. Have tried reaching out but you kept passing from department to department each time saying you couldn't help and got passed on yet again to another department

I ordered some flowers on the 7/5/24 for a next day delivery as stated on there website. They didn't arrive on the 8/5/24 and got an email apologizing and stating they would arrive early the next day. They finally arrived at 16.47 on the 9/5/24, and left on the doorstep for passerby's to see. I ordered them for the 8/5 because the receivers of the flowers were going away on the 9/5 for a long weekend so now the flowers are sitting on the doorstep waiting for them when they get home Monday probably dead if not stolen. Eflorist have done nothing about the issue except apologizing and make excuses. If you can't deliver on the day customers request then don't charge for delivery. I will never use them again and recommend do not use this crap company if you don't want to be charged for goods to be delivered late

I bought this as i was finding the Netfisk Power washer i had difficult to change the attachments and the Karcher looked alot easier to change, so i bought this back in the January sales. I finally got to use it this weekend and found it as useful as a chocolate teapot. I didn't make a mark when trying to clean my patio area no matter which setting i used, which attachment i used so went back to my old pressure washer and patio is now clean and looking fresh again. I you want a good reliable pressure washer then forget Karcher and buy a Netfisk make, its alot better and has 10x more powerful. This is £119 wasted and they won't allow me to return it.

We rang Virgin media on the 16/1 regarding our internet service as when we try watching tv through a streaming channel we get nothing but buffering and sometimes slow response online. W e then got told that there was an issue with our internet and will monitor it for the next 24 hours and will contact us back. 27/1 and we are still awaiting for them to contact us. We also got told we are paying way to much than we should be. Crap company and poor customer service. Time for a new provider
