journée porte ouverte remis mal calculé
C'était une journée porte ouverte. j'ai du attendre assez longtemps avant d'être servi. La remise promise n'a pas été calculé correctement. -5% pour client pro +-15% pour journée porte ouverte. je n'ai pas recu la remise pro. très difficile a voir sur la facture car aucun pourcentage de remise n'est indiqué. par contre personnel très gentil.
