Très déçue de payer une fortune pour pouvoir avoir accès à mes produits. Je n’ai profiter que de la moitié de ma commande le reste est retourné vers l’expéditeur.

Please be advised that international shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes and we do clearly state in our FAQs that these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
I've also checked the tracking and the parcel was returned as you weren't in when delivery was attempted and then it was returned to us as no re-delivery was arranged by you with the postal network. This is something that is unfortunately out of our control.
