Mcr Airport Passport control
Passport control at Mcr airport - security 'staff' have some individuals amongst them who in my opinion are ethically unfit to hold such a position. They are, in my experience, engaging in malevolent and despicable behaviour toward certain passengers, under the guise of passport control... They are totally devoid of any communication or customer care skills whatsoever. If they take a dislike to you for whatever reason, then you are fair game... and they then work together to deliberately stress you out and try to humiliate you. It is extremely troubling that such individuals are in that role. If you stand up for yourself they will swab your belongings incessantly, despite each time being clear, then they even swab themselves..?? I jest not. Then you are wanded multiple times, despite again every time being all clear, of course, and they can't tell you what the problem is, then they body search you over and over and over... that is very gross, creepy...and disturbing. Yes of course we're all in favour of checks for safety, but as stated, this is blatantly malevolent behaviour, please read the other reviews. It is simply not okay and is totally unacceptable. Travelled all over the world and this is NOT a security check, very clear what it is though..Meanwhile the real crooks are no doubt going on their merry way unhindered, because this lot are busy getting some pathetic, perverse and grotesque gratification from their awful attitude to passengers. #Manchester Airport Group this needs addressing ASAP.
