I visited the Manchester pop up during the week and was greeted by a woman i believe her name is Serena and she made me feel really uncomfortable and stupid. She was a very hostile person as when I asked her a question about the ingredients in the fragrances she replied with how on earth would I know with a smirk on her face. I then proceeded to ask her the price for the smallest bottle for a gift and she replied with I don’t understand why you can’t get the bigger bottle can you not afford it. My experience was really bad I feel like she was just trying to grab commission and shew me off. TERRIBLE COMPANY
