They are thorough in their checks - photo evidence is required of scales and full body photos, accompanied by a short zoom call to check your weight and answer any questions. Dispatch was then the next working day, and delivered the day after.
The reorder process has been easy, again photo evidence is required to ensure you are on track and a brief questionnaire to highlight any side effects you may have, so that they can advise accordingly.
Communication with the team has always been fast. They also check that you have received your delivery.
