Sent my test after arrival 4 days still not received my results. Payed but never received anything for it.Do not use as it’s a con. They take your money but do not provide the service with results. Still waiting !!!!!. Wonder which government minister is a partner as I had to use a registered company. Feeling like I have been robbed. Update after day 10 still no results from this Government recommended company. Covid con company getting profits on our money as we have no choice. Really recommend DO NOT USE. Day 11 still no result surprise maybe tomorrow.

Very poor service. Express delivery was slower than Royal Mail 2nd class. My niece sent off the test at 8am on 23td December and still waiting for results on 25th December. We checked online and the sample hasn't arrived to the lab.

Calls are not answered...always refers to email. What's the point of the contact number? The service is problematic, delayed delivery, reference is deemed incorrect... no support at all!

I am so angry with this so-called government approved company. I arrived in the UK on Sunday 19th December to see my family after 2 years apart because of Covid. We took our swabs and sent them off on Sunday. The were delivered on Tuesday 21st December at 8am, but when I tried to check with the company they said the samples "only arrived in the lab at 10pm". So where were they for the 14 hours in between? So of course they replied to my email that we would have our results within 24 hours of the sample arriving in the lab. Well guess what? Still no results. We've been here for 4 days now, still in isolation because of these scammers. It's all about money. At this rate we will still be in isolation on Christmas day and will have to go home again without seeing anyone. I am disgusted.

My day 2 test never arrived. I never received an update on my order. They have an answering machine that refers you to an email that they have not responded to. This company is seems like scam!!! Called 119 in the UK and they referred me to a website to submit a complaint.

Bought a test 2 days ago paid for special delivery but i didn't even received a email. They don't answer at phone or email

Price shown £19.99 when you click it is taking to pay 69.99 false advertise should be removed from gov list.

I paid for the 2 day test before 12 pm Friday and have still not received today on Tuesday morning. I paid for a fast delivery. I am waiting for PCR after traveling back from aboard and need to see my Grandmother. There have been no replies from emails and the telephone number does not work. Appalling service.

After filling in forms online , money was deducted from my account yet error message was given and have not received confirmation of tests ordered

Ordered a test from here and on reviewing the email realised address was somehow wrong. Website states to contact them within 48 hours to change address. I contacted within 15 minutes. Response was that it was too late! Strange thing is that the test never arrived at our neighbours house and they will not refund me. So have had to order test with another company whilst on holiday. Hugely stressful and expensive. A company clearly taking advantage of customers at this time.

I wasn’t able to use the test as they didn’t send me a reference number upon placing the order. I had to order another test when I realised that the night before my flight.
I asked for a refund, which was to considered. I have emailed three times since it hasn’t been issued in 6 weeks and they simply haven’t responded to my emails.

Tests arrived and results received within the given time frame but it is almost impossible to get hold of the company and they do not update you via email as they say, you have to constantly log on to check the progress of your tests

This is the worst Web site I have ever come across. I purchased day two test kit online from this site and was expecting a reference number to complete my passenger allocation form which never happened, i called several times but to no avail. I had to purchase another one from a different site.
Came back to London thinking the test kit will be in my post but never came, I have sent several emails and phone calls but to no avail. They are not genuine.

I definitely do not recommend. Even though you paid the fee, the reference number they gave is invalid. There is not a single person to answer you when you call or email. I paid you £74.99 and you put me in a very difficult position. #7775 order number. I want my money back.

This company never answers the phone and despite me sending two separate emails over the last week and I have never received a response. I ordered my 2day PCR test from this company and it has not arrived.
