Had a lovely 2 night break with the family-3 generations. The caravan is like new and spotless. Good sized shower and so nice to have a second loo. The beds are comfy and linen and towels are high quality. Easy walk to the park, the Co-op and also the beach. Rye and Camber are within easy reach. Definitely will book again.

One of the best caravan holidays I had..the caravan was neat and well maintained..entertainment facilities good for kids at the park..very close to the best sandy beach in UK..

The accommodation was lovely, crisp white sheets and lots of towels all provided. We were in a nice quiet corner of the site. Everything very clean.

We had to pay for use of park facilities, entertainment area with bar and swimming pool use. This was £38 which we thought high given that we only went in the bar once. The pool we could only use for 45 minutes a day so only visited twice. There were lots of lockers but only a few keys so couldn't use lockers. Changing facilities quite small.

The area was great for beaches, Littlestone pebble beach and Greatstone large sandy beach not far away.

Park clean, neat and tidy with lots to keep kids happy and caravan situated in perfect position - nice and quiet, close to beach and short walk to main on-site facilities.
Veranda lovely for enjoying weather and having evening drink.
Caravan nicely presented and spacious overall.
Looked like been unused for a while since last clean - build up of dust in few places, dead spiders in bowl on table and shower area could do with a bit of a deeper clean.
En-suite welcome edition for 2 families sharing however, would be helpful to have loo roll in both toilets - only 1 in main bathroom not helpful for 7 people.
Knobs on gas cooker need replacing as no longer fit properly so potentially dangerous; I woke up to discover oven still alight from previous evening, even though we had turned knob to the off position.

Stayed in Gardens area which is not as picturesque as rest of park but great for kids as is near playground.
Slightly confused on arrival about how to access key with PIN number but worked it out in the end.
Professional and helpful staff especially in restaurant.
Great fishing lake full of easy to catch fish! Leisure facilities are £5 a head except for under 5s.

Had a lovely stay in Park home lovely decor and was clean. Had most amenities but would love to have had bin one more bin bag and some dishwasher liquid supplied but we just popped to local shops and got some.
Lounge or sitting area was large and spacious and rooms were good. There is a little room better suited to a child which was perfect for us (3 adults 2 children)
If going in summer bring some fans which we did otherwise amazing stay

Was extremely unpleasant to walk in through the door and see that visibly the property has not been cleaned for at least two months. There was a dead spider on the floor and many more issues. I think the top of the cherry was how none of the beds was covered with sheets, they were just left on the top of the beds.
The garden needs some work too, as the chairs were covered with dirt, the grass was, and the greens around the house were left to grow so much that was even difficult to get to the entrance door.

Overall nice place and location, but for paying £250/night with such a late check-in (after 16pm) and early check-out (by 10am), I have at least expected the sheets to be on!

Lovely mobile home, but not happy paying 85£ for cleaning when this place is in a desperate need for a spring clean: dusty, dirty windows and windowsills, cobwebs, unhoovered under the beds, not enough beddings for stated people,etc.
Also having soap, salt&pepper in any self-catering accomodation is a must. Welcome pack consisting of sponge, 1 toilet paper and rubbish bag is a joke.
I loved the tranquill, close to nature atmosphere and the game of scrabble was a hit. There is a lot of potential in the home itself and great location. Hopefuly, next time will be managed and cleaned better. Customer support could be better.

No toilet paper or hand wash provided in bathrooms.

Exceptionally clean from the inside. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our time. Space slightly small though in rooms. Outdoor space was not cleaned up properly and had spider webs. Charging £18 for a travel cot is a rip off.

Property is neat, clean and have all the essential items. Easy access to the seaside. Very nice experience.

Following the photo, We had expected a home with a possibility to sit outdoors . This was not the case. Indoors, was smelly, not really clean, the boiler and gas needed to be put on. Fortunately the weather was ok so we only slept there.

This is a beautiful lodge and plenty big enough for the 6 of us who stayed. Unfortunately we were only given 1 toilet roll, the fridge wasn’t working and had to all share one bath mat for 2 showers. I have fed this back to the company, but this did impact our stay. It’s the little touches that make a big difference.

Our stay at the campervan was great , although it was for only one night we enjoyed it . It was a nice experience and a beautiful environment, especially kids enjoyed watching the rabbits roam freely in the surroundings. Also it was nice n clean .
