118 Ink Avis 72

Ordered refill of black and 3 colours from these guys. I bought on the basis that they have a 90 day refund policy-BS. I exactly followed the videos and it didn’t work. Contacted customer service only to get a well worn reply. They said their ink didn’t work because my cartridge was dry!! Of course it was dry it was empty. No refund would be forthcoming. They said “nothing wrong with our ink” so in other words it’s you the problem is with. STAY CLEAR, poor products, terrible customer care. Stick to Amazon who have an iron clad customer care policy.

I didnt look at any reviews b4 I bought the HP cartrige refill kit but at £12.99 I thought it was worth a go. Delivery was promised between 2-4 days , my package arrived after 2.Everything was supplied apart from the stickers which is not a real problem as I used Cellotape instead. The online videos are easy to follow and make perfect sense.In my particular case my colour cartridge needed priming more than shown on the video and took a couple of attempts b4 the cartridge performed correctly.It was my first time refilling cartridges and I am very pleased with the end results. Patience is the key and I would have no hesitation in recommending this preoduct.

Cover the holes with the provided stickers
Drill the holes with the provided drill.
Package contained NO stickers and NO drill.
Instead of a drill there was a wall hook to drill the holes with.
Money saving I suppose.
But customers need to know what they are getting as per video.
Very misleading.

Cheap ink but horrible service. Had been ordering ink because they offer good price and decent ink. But past several orders have never reached us. They don't have any proof that its mailed either. One order the inks came with two same inks so we got 3 colors instead of 4. Can't rely on their email communication as they don't seem to respond.

Useless company ordered a cleaning kit it never arrived, tried calling several time and the phone is never answered, No response to emails or messages through their contact page.

Poor quality and over priced, I wouldnt trust this company because what you get is nothing like what is shown on the you tube video, very shoddy product.

Stay away from these Cowboys!!!
Ordered an item from these cowboys and it didn't arrive. called them up and they asked me to check with the post office and if it wasn't there and didn't turn up in a few days then they would send out a replacement. I waited almost a week and then called them back. They then said that they would not send out a replacement so have now reordered with another company. Would not recommend this company

I bought print head cleaner from this company. It arrived very quickly and came with an instruction manual giving a website address which took you to a video on how to use it. This was fantastic and if you follow the easy instructions given this will work and clean the heads very well. It suggested cleaning all the heads at the same time and I would agree with this. I tried doing just one but then had to do the others! It did take me some time and I had to do it twice. The heads of my printer were quite clogged but after a while it was as good as new. I will definitely order again from this company.
