Wat een fijn en keurig bedrijf
Wat een fijn bedrijf. De eigenaresse stond ons al bij aankomst op te wachten. Met een gezellige babbel bij de huur auto afgezet. Keurige nette 4 weeldrive. Bij vertrek de auto weer bij haar ingeleverd en ook weer keurig afgezet bij vliegveld. Ik raad iedereen deze keurige schone auto’s aan. Marco en Maaike Wokke

We had an amazing experience with 123 Car Rental! The car was in great condition and made our trip around Bonaire even more enjoyable. Driving with the windows down, an arm out the window, and some music playing was just perfect, we had so much fun!
The staff were friendly and helpful, the pick-up and drop-off process was smooth, and everything went without a hitch. I can’t recommend 123 Car Rental enough, they made our trip truly unforgettable!

Fijne, praktische pick-up! En vooral ook heel klantvriendelijke en warme ontvangst. Ongelooflijk luxe hoe één en ander was geregeld met de auto op de airport en het weer inleveren: echt top!

But with 123 phone calls we managed to get a rental in the touristic high season.

I had to cancel
Due to Trump, snow in Amsterdam and a broken plane we had to cancel our holiday to Bonaire. One app to 123Carrental and i got a sympathetic reply and same day a full refund.

Gute Kundenorientierung, sehr hilfsbereit
Ich hatte online für den Zeitraum 26.11. -9.12.2025 einen kleinen Nationalpark geeigneten SUV gemietet. Fahrzeug war in sehr gutem Zustand. Abholung und Rückgabe sehr komfortabel. Sehr freundliches Team.
Ich hatte leider einen kleinen Unfall mit Blechschaden. Reaktion des 123carrental-teams war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir längere Zeit auf den CRS warten mussten (es war sehr heiß), boten sie uns sogar an Getränke zu bringen.
Auch die weiter Abwicklung erfolgte ausgesprochen freundlich. Top!!
