Pleasant experience at 123Rental
Great experience at 123 Car Rental Bonaire, very kind staff. We visited their office without reservation and 20 minutes later we took the car. Car was clean, and in mint condition.

Als ik 10 sterren mocht geven..
Als ik 10 sterren had kunnen geven, had ik dit 123 CAR Rental Bonaire zeker toegewezen.
1. Duidelijke all in prijs.
2. Geen “gedoe” maar duidelijke uitleg over de regels die zij hanteren.
3. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, vakkundig en komen als
Autoverhuurder eenvoudigweg zeer betrouwbaar over.
4. Ik reed de Toyota Raize. De mini SUV staat op het hele eiland prima zijn mannetje.
5. Absolute bonus is de instructie over 7 tochten die je kunt rijd op Bonaire. De routes zijn mooie tochten langs de kust die via Whats app gekoppeld worden in Google Maps. Doeltreffend dus!!
6. Met dank aan Rubin en collega’s die voor ons een zorgeloze week hebben gerealiseerd met de huurauto.
7. Voor mij is het duidelijk…. Volgend jaar (weer) op vakantie in Bonaire en dus weer gebruik maken van 123 Car Rental Bonaire!!!

Rented a pick-up truck from 123carrental for the second time and once again everything was perfect. Communication with the super friendly and helpful staff via WhatsApp was easy and fast. The car was waiting for us at the airport with clear instructions and a key locker code, which made our late arrival stress-free. Drop-off at the airport was just as smooth, and even adding a second driver was quickly arranged. Excellent service, very customer-focused – we’ll definitely rent here again!

What a great service at 123 car rental!! What a warm welcome to Bonaire!! We arrived late in the evening, our car was ready at the airport, so easy and confeniant to drive directly to our home. Beautiful Toyota, exactly the right car for Bonaire, also off road. Also tips for restaurants, sightseeing. Such a warm contact with 123 car rental. I give you more than 5 stars!!!!

Fantastisch geregeld
Fantastisch geregeld. Zonder wachten opgehaald op het vliegveld. Een all-in prijs. Geen extra opties en verzekeringen. Meteen rijden en het eiland ontdekken. Na inleveren weer naar AirPort gebracht zonder gedoe.

Zorgeloos huren
Onze eerste keer Bonaire en wat een geluk dat wij een auto hebben gehuurd bij 123 car rental. Een half uur na het telefoontje of er een auto beschikbaar was voor de komende 9 dagen stond Rubin bij ons hotel om ons op te halen. Rubin is erg vriendelijk en communiceert duidelijk.
Onderweg naar het kantoor alles al doorgesproken. Op kantoor was alles snel geregeld en konden wij op pad. De auto die wij meekregen was heel netjes! Buitenkant keurig, binnenkant als nieuw. Zo fijn! Terugbrengen ging even snel. Rubin heeft ons weer teruggebracht naar ons hotel. Zo ontspannen en gezellig! Echt een top bedrijf waar fantastische mensen werken!

Hele goede ervaring
Wij hebben een ontzettend goede ervaring met dit bedrijf , even na het online boeken van een middenklasse auto waar je ook mee door het washington / slagbaai park mag rijden ( staat al vermeld bij boeken of de auto daar wel of niet geschikt voor is ) werd er al contact met ons opgenomen via whatsApp om de afspraak te bevestigen en af te spreken waar we afgehaald wilde worden om naar het kantoor gebracht te worden , daar goede uitleg gekregen en bij inleveren ook netjes weer terug naar ons vakantie appartement gebracht , ik zou deze maatschappij zeker aan raden en er zelf ook weer voor kiezen een volgende keer

Just easy going, like everything on this beautiful island in the sun. Friendly personnel, fair prices, nice cars and clear rules. This is how it should be and believe me, I rented a lot of cars on 3 continents.

Kwaliteit & klantvriendelijk
Erg prettig en klantvriendelijke ontvangst. Pickup bij vliegveld met sleutelkluisje is echt fijn als je na een lange vlucht naar je verblijfplaats wil gaan! We komen zeker weer terug!!

Car was great. Had it for a week. It got us everywhere we wanted to go. AC kept us cool. No complaints with our vehicle or experience. Naquira was wonderful. She was thorough and as helpful as can be. Would highly recommend!

Picking up and dropping off the car at the airport was seamless, making our arrival and departure from the island easier.
