I am not the most decisive of people but Matt Goss was incredibly patient and provided brilliant advice and guidance. The range available to choose from was fantastic and I eventually, with his help, found what I was looking for. Once I had placed my order the service was seamless and the flooring arrived within a few days for me to collect as planned. Thank you Matt for being so patient - I have no doubt I drove you mad!

We just had wood flooring installed in two rooms by 1 to 1 flooring. The whole process was extremely professional from our first visit to the shop where Michelle helped us to choose the right product, right through to installation. Tony, the fitter was one of the most conscientious people I’ve ever met, his finish was absolutely perfect, he kept the place tidy as he worked and was a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with the end result, fantastic product and a fantastic company to deal with, I would recommend 1 to 1 flooring to anyone.

I am very happy with 1to1 flooring. They are very professional across all departments- finding out right product,sales, fittings etc. Their team in St Albans office is very knowledgeable and they always kept us upto date and answer our queries promptly.

1to1 Flooring was the first and only place we visited for our flooring. From the moment we arrived in the shop we quickly realised we didn't need to look any further. We opted for Amtico throughout the entire ground floor. Matt in store was so helpful and knowledgeable and offered to create visualizer pictures of our property which was such a benefit when making our final decision, his advice and customer service skills was second to none. We will be returning shortly for our carpets upstairs and will be certainly recommending them to all our family and friends.

We had Amtico flooring installed by Richard and Callum. They were brilliant. Polite and professional and the floor looks fantastic. It was a fairly big job and the herringbone pattern quite time consuming but they worked very hard and stayed late on the final day to finish off as scheduled.

I have had a very large amtico installation and the finish is perfect (lots of complications around the fireplace, coming flush with the patio doors, uneven flooring etc). All done perfectly, couldn't recommend highly enough, well worth the wait.

We had Amtico laid and the fitter Tony was amazing. The floor looks lovely and he was very hard working and efficient.

1 to 1 laid Amtico throughout our ground floor and bathrooms, and fitted carpets in all of the bedrooms.
We found the instore Amtico display particularly helpful and the whole process ran very smoothly. Excellent service and communication throughout and the end product looks fantastic.

I am delighted with my new Amtico floor from 1-1 Flooring in St Albans. Chloe spent ages with me helping me choose. She gave me her honest opinion and wasn’t pushy in any way at all, and is a lovely polite young lady. The price was good too. Matt was also very helpful when I almost changed my mind at the last minute ( tho I stuck with original choice in the end. )
I will definitely be going back here for my carpets as I am so impressed with not only their phenomenal range of products but also their excellent customer service.

I am really pleased with my new Amtico bathroom floor - Matt was super helpful in the shop when searching for the right floor and it was made sure that the delivery fell in the right window for my new bathroom installation. The installation was done by Richard and Callum and they did a brilliant job - very friendly and helpful and giving advice on what would look best. Really pleased with it and the brilliant service. Matt was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After a bit of a hiccup, the customer service was excellent; frequent communication & swift delivery. The wood floor looks lovely down. I’d definitely recommend the selection, the quality and value for money.

From the moment we saw the materials we wanted at 1to1 Flooring, the process of buying and laying the carpet was handled very professionally. The two carpet fitters completed the work very quickly and there was no mess afterwards.

Well done to all concerned - my wife and I were very impressed.

The only, minor, criticism was that we were not made aware of the time the carpet fitters were attending our house. As it was, when the doorbell rang I was still in my pyjamas ! Nevertheless the fitters were able to start their work and no time was wasted or lost.

1 to 1 were the quickest to quote, unbelievably 1 of the 3 companies we spoke to didn’t call back at all to discuss our needs and the other took 20 days to follow up on our initial instore visit.

Gave us great advice on how to tie in carpets with decor and soft furnishings.

A1 service, would def use again and recommend to family and friends.
