A Satisfied customer
It was comfortable and I felt at ease when talking on the phone, never felt pressured or that I was being timed or something. I felt very relaxed Roy had made my first experience buying ticket over the phone very easy and he was very patient when I had asked a lot of questions as it was my first time purchasing a plane ticket over the phone, I was indeed a happy customer at the end of the day
