Initially I was sceptical about booking with a different company to that which I always use. However Eddie put my mind at rest and the price offered was amazing. He has been super helpful and patient with my endless questions.

I booked a cruise package with Worldwide Cruises for a March 26 departure covering Nashville, Memphis, and New Orleans, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

To begin with, I was sold what I believed would be quality flights, but instead was booked onto American Airlines, which was nowhere near the standard I expected compared to British Airways. The travel experience was poor and set the tone for the rest of the trip.

We stayed in four different hotels before the cruise, all of which were supposedly “paid for.” However, on arrival at each hotel, we were required to pay a $100 deposit — totaling $400 out of pocket before we even boarded the ship. This was not made clear in advance and felt very misleading.

The return journey was even worse. Our American Airlines flight was delayed by 24 hours, and during this time, our luggage was lost. I received no meaningful support or communication from Worldwide Cruises, British Airways, or American Airlines throughout this ordeal.

To make matters worse, my lost luggage contained my house keys and car keys. My car was left stranded at Heathrow Airport for two extra days, and I had to pay for a locksmith just to get back into my flat. The stress and additional cost were completely unacceptable, and no one has taken responsibility or offered compensation.

As for the cruise itself on the Norwegian Escape departing from New Orleans, it was very basic and did not meet expectations. Even essentials like Wi-Fi were not included — only 15 minutes were free, and after that, you had to pay. For a cruise of this level, that is simply not good enough.

Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience with poor communication, hidden costs, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend Worldwide Cruises and will certainly not be booking with them again.

Eddie was so helpful, answered my emails very promptly, even on a Sunday evening, booked a 16 night cruise to Hawaii via San Francisco.

We travelled to Nashville, then to Memphis on the Greyhound Bus, then onto New Orleans on the Amtrak, followed by a week cruising around the Caribbean. The trip was absolutely flawless thanks to the meticulous planning, attention to detail and overall fantastic customer service that we received from Eddie at Worldwide Cruises. Would highly recommend.

We have dealt with Mo at Worldwide Cruises in the past and he has always arranged an excellent holiday for us. On this occasion, I emailed Mo to discuss a possible cruise to Australia & Nee Zealand. He replied promptly with a very good price, with a stateroom upgrade and other extras included in the price.

Booked up a Caribbean cruise including pre night stay, home city flights and room and drinks package. Mo understood my requirements and within 24 hours had the package with quote attached. Once I accepted, it was straightforward electronic acceptance and payment within 5 mins.
