20-20 Warranty Ltd tries to project a trustworthy and professional image on their profile, but in reality, they are extreme scammers who completely lack any professional standards. They appear genuine at first glance, but do not let their marketing fool you. They are fraudulent and
untrustworthy, offering zero genuine support when you need it most. Save your hard-earned money and do not subscribe to them under any circumstances. Absolute scam.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way 20-20 Warranty handles customer claims.
When I first called your customer service regarding a parking sensor issue, the representative was polite and told me that I was eligible to make a claim and instructed me to take the vehicle for an electrical inspection. Trusting your team, I wasted an entire working day taking the vehicle to an electrical diagnostic centre, only to be told by the technician that this company is just trying to waste my time and money on inspection fees for issues you never intend to cover.
What makes this even worse is the severe financial and mental toll it has taken on me. Wasting a full day of work cost me approximately £300 in lost income, while the actual repair cost for the issue is around £350. Losing a day's earnings just to be sent on a wild goose chase for an issue your team knew from day one was excluded is unacceptable, shameful, and feels like clear fraud.
Why didn’t your representatives inform me during the very first call that parking sensors are completely excluded under my policy? Your team clearly knew the contract terms, yet chose to withhold this information, causing me unnecessary stress and financial loss.
I will be publishing this policy document and my experience across all social media platforms to bring awareness to the public, so others do not get tricked like I did or suffer the same mental and financial strain. Misleading customers in this manner needs to stop.

I found a garage they gave me a price and now this company goes to look for there own alternator which was half the price of the garage charge paid half the labour dont get a warranty with them waste of time got wait 10days to get anything back. Thanks for your reply but I will not change it your attitude on the phone today and the way you spoke in the end of that reply is arrogant I would never use this company and to be honest who needs a warranty its a waste of time just advising people no point getting the warranty because you make u wait for days then dont give u the price the garage pay they look for there own parts all a big con

This was a follow up courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the warranty I had taken out, and gave me a chance to ask some questions regarding the policy, customer advisor was very professional and courteous, no hard selling tactics just a professional follow up to make sure the support is there if needed. Excellent service.
