Great product range
I was after a new pair of MX Boots. The range was huge at fair prices. The boots I selected were posted really quickly. They were packed well and the communication from 24MX was spot on. Great service all round

First order ...
Ordered 3 items recently for my husbands birthday. This was my first order with this company and I've been abit disappointed by it to be honest. I ordered a strap and 2 big floor mats. When we received the order we quickly realised that one of the mats was missing. I emailed to let them know, but by now it was the weekend (nobody there). They did email back and resend the item without quibble, obviously this delayed the whole birthday present saga further. Thought delivery timeline was stated as 3 days but it was almost a week by the time I received the first box.
Packaging was secure and customer service was OK but felt a little insincere. Would I use again? not sure.

Have been waiting over 2 weeks now for…
Have been waiting over 2 weeks now for an item they described as been sold from the uk . However the tracking history shows otherwise. Looks like its coming from abroad . I would not have ordered if i knew this as i needed the item for racing this weekend. Because of this not arriving we have missed the weekend racing completely. . They do not reply to emails and do not give a new expected delivery date. Bad experience all round
