Buyer beware, my wife and I have been using the lemonade products. Over Thanksgiving they had an incredible sale and I purchased 6 boxes. 3 of the boxes when delivered had expiration dates of Jan 2026. Less than 2 month from the time of purchase. Probably why they had the sale, to move old product. When contacting customer service, I had to send pictures of the close to expired lot. They then sent me replacements but the replacements had the same exact issue. Again they required me to take pictures and send proof. My question is why do they not check the expiration date before sending out orders especially when sending out a replacement for that same reason. It’s a shame because I really liked this product even though expensive. I will look elsewhere in the future and will not order from them again. Please be sure to check the expiration dates when you receive your orders because obviously they don’t.

I got the variety pack of lemonades and hydrates. The flavors are great and taste good. These are the best tasting hydrates I have tried. I'm an avid hiker and always looking to stay hydrated on trails, and the hydrates are perfect for this! The lemonades also taste great and help keep me feeling fuller, longer. I've repeatedly asked 310 Nutrition to stop texting me with ads. I don't like their product. This morning was the 8th time after the texts started again. Their last excuse was that I re-enrolled. Why would I do so for a produce that is chaulky in texture and tastes awful? Tomorrow I'll file complaints with our Attorney General and the ICC and will post on social media. I don't know what it will take to stop these texts, but 310 Nutrition and their bad customer service are approaching hell on earth.

The shake mix tastes good, but the texture is awful: chaulky and sticky. It worked to reduce my weight, but it was such an unpleasant drink that I stopped purchasing it. And that's when a larger problem started: constant text messages to buy their product. Four times I've requested they stop texting me; four times they've assured me my number has been deleted from their system, and I would receive no further texts. And then I do. It seems almost deliberate on the part of 310, and it's MOST annoying. I would not recommend 310 to anyone, especially given their ineffective customer service.

Bought some protein powder sent to wrong address really mad as it was to be my food for two weeks. (Breakfast and lunch) I guess the starvation diet is how they see it. I am really mad at their customer service who did not answer emails and it’s a mess. I had ordered online before and not had a problem. The trouble is not worth it. Also they take a while to ship. They also have third party sellers on Amazon and eBay that claim to be 310 nutrition but are not. I liked the salted caramel but I will stick with slim fast, I can get it in a store and know I have it.

There 30 day money back guarantee is a joke. You pay to have the product shipped to you and then you have to pay to have it shipped back - at YOUR own cost. When I told them how nasty it was, they told me I should be using their recipes. Horrible taste and horrible customer service. I'm nervous since the only way you can cancel your subscription is to have them do it.

I've unfortunately had to file a claim with my credit card company because they refuse to honor their policy's. If anything doesn't go well before, during, or after your order, they will not assist you. Terrible customer service and feels like a complete scam.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Horrible company horrible customer service I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Don't order anything from them. Horrible company to deal with. I ordered two shakes and they were disgusting. I called the customer service representative who who issued me a RMA number and said she will be working on my refund they received their product back because I got the receipt to prove that they did get it back however no refund so I called discover and filed the dispute. All they do is sweet things under the carpet you can never call and talk to a representative over the phone everything is done to email. Run run away from this company I also filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. Be careful if you order any subscriptions as well, they're shady.

I placed an order for the vanilla creme shake starter kit and a sample pack of their tea. I placed the order and in the summary, it said I ordered THREE sample packs.
I immediately contacted customer service to fix my order. I got a message that nobody was available.
I emailed them.... Took two days for a response.
I called... Waited on hold for over 15 minutes then my call was disconnected.
I got an email back that my order was already shipped and would have to pay for the return along with a ton of instructions in how they wanted everything returned...Yada Yada Yada.
In summary, I'm just gonna eat the charges. The stuff is chalky and had a heavy artificial chemical sweetener flavor to it. I add frozen/fresh fruit which makes it a little more palatable.
Never doing business with this company ever again.

I’m glad they let you buy a cheap starter pack. I’ve tried to flavors and can barely get it down. Taste like gritty play dough liquid.

They used to taste really good but somehow they've chanced the formula or something. Know it's awful!!! and so overpriced :(

This stuff tastes awful!! I was hoping to find something I would like but that's not going to happen with this company. I tried the chocolate and had to force myself to drink not even a quarter of what was made. It was poured down the drain. Probably will not be trying any of the other flavors. Don't waste your money!

I am no longer happy with this company. The shakes are tasty but they are too high in iron for post menopausal women and are not cheap. My main complaint is that I cancelled my subscription with them 5x already and they still went ahead and charged my card, so now I have a needless dispute.
