Appalling product & customer service
Product I received was used/second hand!! And customer service is absolutely appalling!! Mia avoids all questions and provides zero help or info. BEWARE - they cut out the PO NUMBER label & then claim the jeans can’t be returned because of that. This is a small usually white label with a couple of numbers on it which is attached around the wash label area. Check it’s there, if not then u can’t return the jeans even if they are faulty. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a high end business. I was a regular customer to the shops (not online) but I will never be returning to this brand again, ever.
