Not the same as previous purchases. Disappointed …
Have bought the same jeans several times and they have been perfect. This order was different. The cut was all wrong, baggy on the crutch and backside so not the same thing as previously. Have returned them and waiting for a refund.
Delivery was good though.

Perennial Favourite Brand
Love the choice and fit. 7 are my favourite jean brand mainly because they are flattering.
On a personal note I just wish there were less of the cropped short styles as I hate them. But 7 seem to keep ladies who prefer a longer length happy with options.

My first purchase with 7 4 all mankind, and Wasn’t sure of my size. I got it wrong, and asked to exchange, the answer was No, as I had brought the jeans in the Halloween offer. Very sad 😔

Customer service was good, however the jeans would have needed a good 6 inches taken off! I am only 5ft 3 but still!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of jeans that had a rip in the thigh material. It's now a week later and I'm still no nearer being able to return them to get a pair that aren't ripped due to a fault in the material. I've so far been told I'm still within my return window??!!! Erm, excuse me it's not my fault you sent me a faulty pair. Honestly I don't think I'll buy online again. I can 100% recommend you speak to Michela at the Regent St store who is now sorting this out for me. It's unbelievable that it takes numerous departments to approve that my jeans were faulty and give me permission to send them back. Today I was told they don't do exchanges and I have to send them back and they'll refund me and I have to buy a new pair. I mean you can't make this up, it's unbelievable. Seriously don't risk buying online as customer service is a joke

I’d give you lower than 1/5 if I could
I’d give you lower than 1/5 if I could. Delivery person dumped my parcel on a London street, even though told in delivery note this was unsafe (although why anyone would need tellingvthat …). He left no delivery note, no phone call, no phone message, did not ring doorbell, I’ve spent a day of worthless admin trying to get my money back and so far nothing from you. You are less than zero out of five and I will never shop from you again. Update: it appears that they have finally, under considerable pressure, done the bare minimum and delivered my item to nearest post office. But the stress of chasing up my item means I certainly won’t be shopping from them again. I think they need to change their delivery firm, essentially the problem is with them (who are notorious locally) not the product itself, which I’ve bought often in the past and had no problem with it being delivered to my previous address.

The order arrived on time,nicely packaged and not crammed into the smallest box imaginable.
The jeans were fine,but very long,like the last that I purchased from 7. Expecting this,pins,needle and thread were on standby and I now have quality pair of jeans that fit like really well fitting jeans.
