I went to the store in Regents street and the staff were ultra helpful. Bought two jeans. Excellent and much better than buying On line.

No returns label sent with the item…
No returns label sent with the item ordered. Difficulties with printing the form sent. Rang '' customer services ''. No other way to return parcel other than printing label. Sent another label in a different format. Unable to print this either. Had to ask family member then travel to theirs to fetch it. What a total faff ! Jeans sent were really long in the leg. I am tall and they were too long for me. First and last time I order from this company.

Lovely colour and quality jeans
Lovely colour and quality jeans. I have bought many pairs of jeans and jackets from 7 FAM and they are very good. However, recently the sizing has increased. I am the same weight as I’ve been for years so I don’t get it. Also, for a long time now, dealing with the staff has been difficult. They seem to be quite rude and disrespectful. Trying to get refunds too is a wind up - 30 days in many cases. Not on! Other prestigious companies like Belstaff don’t behave like this. It’s put me off dealing with them.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for an…
I have been waiting 3 weeks for an express delivery and still not received it. I’ve emailed 3 times asking for a refund and the company keep saying the parcel is on its way.
Despite more phone calls and emails asking for a refund, 7FAM refuse to listen to me. They now have ‘thanked me’ for my review!!!! Still no refund though! Never been treated like this when I’ve shopped online. Disaster. Don’t shop with 7FAM.

Got a a l ovely pair of jeans in the black friday sale - I only ordered one rather than lots to save on reurn costs of the company and the enviroment. Unfortunately, they were too big. I called customer services and asked to swap them for a smaller size and they refused. Told me I would need to buy the smalled size at full price!! Next time I will jsurt order 5 and return them at their cost! What a stupid policy!!!
