Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Well packed. My little dog usually likes Aatu, unfortunately she's a little under the weather following a treatment at the vet and is currently difficult to feed but she is still happy to eat a little Aatu

Selling damaged and dented cans of dog food
Following the AI response below, I want to add that I would not buy dented cans of dog food in a store. Sending them to me as an online order removes my right to make a choice about the safety or otherwise of what I feed to my dog. The company should adopt a policy of always replacing damaged or dented tins regardless of the depth of the dents.
I received my new subscription for premium wet dog food. A number of the cans arrived damaged and dented. The customer services advisor said that I should feed my dog food from the damaged cans but make a judgement myself about whether or not the food is safe. Outrageous customer service.

We're sorry to hear that some of your cans arrived dented and that our response caused concern. We would never advise customers to use products that may be unsafe.
As a guide, any can with a deep dent, particularly near or on a seam, should be discarded as the seal may have been compromised. However, small cosmetic dents that do not affect the seam or integrity of the can would not typically impact the food inside. In these cases, we advise checking the appearance and smell of the food against your usual expectations before feeding.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that our guidance did not come across as clearly as intended.
Kind Regards
