So love the food but two gripes
So love the food but two gripes, cost and no smaller tins so can change flavour. Have to give the same thing and not as good second time round as refrigerated. My dog has quickly got bored.

We're delighted to hear that you love the food and that it has been a positive experience overall. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cost and the availability of smaller tins. We understand that having more size options could make it easier to offer greater variety at mealtimes and reduce the need to refrigerate part-used products.
Customer feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we'll ensure your comments are shared with the relevant teams. If there is anything further you'd like to discuss, our Customer Care team can be contacted via https://customercare.aatu.co.uk/.

I’m a regular customer ( or was
I’m a regular customer ( or was ! ) of ATTU wet dog food and i have 4 dogs so i spend hundreds of pounds on there food in a year ! My last order all cans came very dented an i was told by my vet that they should not be used as such because apparently the metal can get into the food and be bad for your pooch . I was told by Monty that there was nothing they could do as the tins weren’t split ? Only offered 500 points , what ever that means ? So ive cancelled my subscription a will not be buying it again . Terrible unprofessional Customer service indeed ! Oh so your reply is you would NEVER take guidelines from a vet ? Omg 😦 Really? Just terrible! 😢

Réponse de AATU Dog & Cat Food
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with both the condition of your order and the support you received.
We understand your concerns regarding the dented cans. While we would never advise against following guidance from your vet, the cans described and reviewed by our team were only slightly dented and remained fully sealed, with no signs that the integrity of the packaging had been compromised. As such, it was considered unlikely that there had been any internal damage to the food itself.
That said, we appreciate that this did not provide the reassurance you were looking for. We are also sorry that the goodwill gesture offered did not meet your expectations.
We value all customer feedback and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team.
Kind Regards

I have a happy doberman.
All is good, Jupiter is happily eating his food and the opposite end is solid. Any brand from a supermarket simply ends up messy.
