Great night of feel-good fun. The whole audience got behind it and the venue is great. Good effects and very comfortable. Travelled down from Scotland to see it and it was well worth it.

This was a special night for us as it was a celebration of our anniversary and we really enjoyed it.
When the avatars appeared it looked like they were there for real. The seating was very comfortable and the lighting was absolutely fantastic. I didn't want it to end.
I thought I'd pick up on some of the negative points left here.
*The sound quality. *
We found the sound very good, there were a couple of instances where we noticed it wasn't as good but because everything else was top class it's worth overlooking.
*Too many other things*.
There are two amine cartoons. These are all the rage at the moment and I can see why they were there. My personal preference would have been to see the ABBA avatars but it was professionally performed and we enjoyed.
*The band was loud.* I didn't notice this except where they were introduced and thanked by ABBA. They were professional and entertaining. At one stage they dropped the volume to hear the audience singing and it was very moving.
People are always keen to leave negative reviews and not always so keen to leave positive, so Trustpilot doesn't give a true overall picture here.
If you're an ABBA fan go and see it. You'll love it.

I think giving three stars here is generous and realistic. The show is slightly over rated. Much of what was anticipated is replaced by animation and videos. The AI is good - mostly - but doesn’t blow your mind to be honest. Maybe 3 stars being generous - maybe two if not. The venue is good and your visit is well facilitated. The show is overpriced although we got cheap off peak £55 tickets. It’s probably worth around £30 to be honest. Not the £100+ that some pay. Do go and enjoy for what it’s worth and it is the first in AI which will no doubt bring many others back from the past.

What an amazing night, nostalgia overload, visually stunning. Too young too see them in the 70s but this was the very best next thing, will definately go again. Recommend the Dance floor tickets, we danced the whole way through.
The venue was spotless and the staff are the friendliest ive come across, obviously love their roles

The show was good. We wanted to stand but we choose the wrong place to stand. If you have younger children don't stand at the side. As them ram as many in as they can I found a few times when people were going to the bar and loo we got pushed back and squashed we literally couldn't move.

Venue is nice, seats comfortable and plenty of leg room. Concert was awful. There appeared to be 3 stages going back from the front, and the Abba avatars appeared at the back stage, so couldn't be properly seen in detail. Videos clips shown during show of singing, but these didn't enhance the experience for me. Many songs were unknown and a middle section was a cartoon type video which I didn't see the relevance of. Although some lighting and effects were good, the sound was often muffled and unclear.
Glad were were sitting as the dance floor looked absolutley packed by the start of the show. To be honest I was glad when it finally finished.

The graphics were amazing and the holograms vyer believable. The sound was awful. The band was much too loud drowning the Abba singers with a terrible bass booming that overwhelmed the whole experience. So disappointing and completely unnecessary. Were the band good or not? I have no idea as it was just a wall of auditory abuse. Please have someone working the sound desk who has some sort of musicality!

This is the most overpriced event that I’ve ever been to. The CGI was just awful and the atmosphere in the venue was very understandably flat. It was so ridiculous seeing the ushers clapping and waving their hands towards the audience trying to hype everyone up, but nobody was buying it. The whole thing felt like a series of (bad) music videos instead of a concert. Save your money and time, it’s NOT worth it

So underwhelming. By the end of the show, for the money, I felt I had been mugged. The set list had songs I had never heard and they didn't have quite a few of the favourites. They had ridiculous animations. The light show wasn't bad but very 1980s lasers. I was intrigued to see the technology. Totally underwhelming really. Just a good quality video from what I saw. Wouldn't go back if it was £10.

After weeks of trying to get assist seats to go to this show on 17/10/2024 we sent emails asking for assistance to the Abba Official site and Ticketmaster which we did not find helpful. Eventually we saw two tickets in Block H Row E which we purchased at a cost of £398.95 for two tickets, not realising the steepness of the steps and with mobility problems and breathing difficulties on the night could not use them. We were reseated at assistant seats but right on top of the stage, I said if better seats were available we would move but we were told if we tried we would be thrown out of the venue. In fact there were better seats available but we did not want to be thrown out. People who witnessed how we were treated was disgusted by it when I had told the Manager we had paid £400 for the original tickets told us they had paid £50 a ticket for their seats in the same place. They would be prepared to be a witness in any complaint we made. Our original tickets were resold. This completely ruined the evening for us. We are both registered disabled people. 3rd November this Company does not want to know any one's greivances they just brush them off or ignore them.

Visited Abba Voyage yesterday, 13th October 2024, with my mum and mother-in-law, and unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed.

The most glaring issue was the animation – I've seen better video games over the last ten years and save for a little green diamond above their heads I'd have thought I was watching The Sims.
The lip syncing felt off, with the mouth movements not matching the vocals, and overall the character animation, including hair and facial expressions, just didn’t feel realistic. This lack of detail really detracted from the experience, and there wasn’t a single moment where we could suspend disbelief. Instead of getting lost in the performance, we found ourselves standing awkwardly, moving back and forth, but never quite engaging enough to dance or fully enjoy it.

The song choices also didn’t help. While we expected some of ABBA’s big hits, there were a few noticeable omissions. Instead, we got a mix of slower, lesser-known songs which dampened the mood and made it difficult to get into the spirit of the event. The inclusion of an unrelated manga animation section was particularly confusing – it had no connection to ABBA, Sweden, or anything that fit the theme, and really broke the immersion further.

That said, the lighting design was spectacular and by far the best part of the show. It added some much-needed atmosphere, and the live band was good too, but it wasn’t enough to save the overall experience.

At nearly £100 per ticket, we all felt quite let down, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it or return. There was potential for something truly special, but the execution just didn’t live up to the hype. 💜

So 9 hours on a coach for a 90 minute, fairly mediocre yet astronomically overpriced ABBA "gig" ..... hmmmm I don't honestly get what all the fuss is about. We have had better ABBA Parties downloading tracks on YouTube and watching them on the "big" telly. Yes it's very clever but the comments "it's like they are actually on stage" are highly misleading. It's really not quite that good. You have to take your hats off to the ABBA members tho, they must be raking in the dollars, Cha Ching. Which is why there is so much security ensuring nobody is taking pictures or videos. If any footage was actually leaked I doubt it would be so popular. I wouldn't go again and wouldn't recommend it ... just my opinion and that of many on the coach today.

The live backing band however, were Best part of the whole 90 minutes 😁

This Show is awesome, absolutely fantastic from start to Finnish it had us spellbound . The only complain was the food in the arena which was truly awful ! worst food ever at a show! and once you are there you can't buy anything else. My advice go to this Brilliant show but eat before you get there!

Recently went to see ABBA Voyager - queuing worked well / security etc
Seats 2 rows from back good . Some songs were unfamiliar and live band was dreadful
- out of tune and a pointless addition .
We had 2 free seats next to us - which were filled after 30mins from the start by 2 drunken adults - they talked / messed about etc . Why were they allowed in ? Disappointing and unfortunately an unwanted distraction. Overall thought it was overpriced and too short .

I have been told by many people that this was an amazing show so I was expecting quite a lot. Unfortunately it didn't meet those expectations the playlist was weird constantly bringing it down just after getting you all up dancing. The middle bit was like listening to b sides of records that you never used to play and many of the tracks we were expecting just weren't played.

The middle sequence was actually quite boring and then immediately after that they played Waterloo for which everyone jumped up and started dancing which was great but then the next track was a slow one when everyone sat down and went to sleep again. It was a really poor set & reminded me of old DJs who didn't read the room very well.

Don't get me wrong I did enjoy the show it was really good but it could have been so much better.

Quick and efficient entry a bar outside to wait in usual food and drinks stands.
I went for the dance floor experience and it was just so real and the sounds and images were just so amazing
Fantastic atmosphere.. I would go again.

I recently attended the ABBA concert here in Fort Lauderdale and I gave it a rating of about a C to a C minus, that is because the first half was good. The second half is very bad they saying all the second half in Swedish but I didn't know any Swedish so it didn't make sense and the people I was with her very bored and asked if we could leave early which we ended up doing so overall it's a sea concert not that great will never see it again.... My advice is take a pass

Great fun, superb avatars and lighting but sound far, far too loud to the point of distortion. Couldn't see the point of the live band and having them sing one of the songs was completely unnecessary. We paid to see ABBA albeit in Avatar form. Also too much of the cartoon. Wouldn't go again. Must first find my eardrums.

Overall a disappointment. Visually stunning and awesome technology to show such lifelike avatars. Quite a spectacle but the light show is not suitable for people with epilepsy and bright enough to make my eyes hurt, even for hours afterwards. The biggest disappointment was the sound. We had the "best" seats, dead centre, but the sound balance was appalling. The voices were drowned out throughout by overloud - downright deafening - percussion (thumping drums) from the live accompanists/backing band. Only in a few quiet passages could we hear any singing. I had to come home and play my old recordings to refresh the warm feelings I had for ABBA. In the short 90 minute show, one slot was allocated to the backing band, and another long session to an incomprehensible cartoon film, so we felt really shortchanged.
