The show is absolutely amazing. Still not sure how it's done, but that's part of the magic. Just accept the experience and you will love it. However, do eat beforehand, the food is dreadful. There w... Voir plus

Mind Blowing Experience Like No Other If Your A Big ABBA Fan It’s A Must
Went to ABBA Voyage as a surprise for my daughter 16th Birthday on Monday 3rd June . The whole experience from arriving to leaving was amazing and totally breathtaking.
We used one of the hotel recommended (The Stratford Hotel) it was a wee bit pricey but because I did not know my way round London I picked this hotel because it included a taxi to and from the concert and a up grade and breakfast
My daughter thought she had died and was in heaven , she loved the whole experience also being a very big ABBA fan , it was the perfect gift to pick for her .
My recommendation is for this show is there is nothing like this , if you have a bucket list makesure ABBA voyage is on your list
Little disappointed in all honesty…
Little disappointed in all honesty…
1/ The production on the whole was good.
2/ I thought i was going to see a live tribute performance.
3/ to many videos to be honest, without any live singing.
4/ to many older songs - would like to have seen these songs, head over heels, when I kissed the teacher, name of the game and more.
Brilliant night out
I've read a number of negative reviews but trust me, it's a minority. You can see that 99% of the audience had a fantastic time.
This is an incredible innovative show. Yes you can see at times they are not real, but you know that before it starts. However, you do believe you are at a concert and you begin to believe they are on stage.
It draws you in.
They do miss out some known songs, but they play many of the greats.
It's an incredible experience, the live band are great, and the lighting and imagery is brilliant.
The staff are really engaging and helpful
A really great experience
Fantastic
It seems there are a lot of gripes about many things regarding the show. My experience was everything that I had expected. Fantastic visual experience. Yes, the sound could have been a bit better. Yes, I did have to stand (and dance) because the people in front of me were doing the same - so what, it's a concert - what do expect?
There was a great atmosphere in the arena, and looking round clearly a full half of the seated people were up and dancing too most of the time! The live orchrestra and backing singers were fantastic, and for them alone the applause was worthy. Yes, some songs (2) I didn't recognise, and I grew up with Abba in the seventies, which is, of course, why I went. Yes there are big hits still to be sung, and another set may come out? Value for money - probably not. happy to have spent the money and had a fantastic time with family - yes. And would be happy to see a new set.
To say we were disappointed with this…
To say we were disappointed with this show, would be an understatement. The holograms were absolutely souless, moved awkwardly and looked like plasticine. The sound was atrocious - you couldn't understand the words, it was all muffled and it didn't sync properly with the mouths. The first song was a flute playing for about 3 minutes and eventually the first actual song was a song no-one had heard of - utterly boring, creating zero atmosphere. The next song, again not a hit, left us bewildered as to who would have come up with what is probably the worst opening to a show I've ever seen. Then "Benny" talks to the audience with the worst written piece of dialogue I've ever heard - utterly cringe trying to be funny. It just got worse and worse and as the fifth song played and a screen came down (so the holograms weren't even on stage), I turned to my Mother and asked if she was enjoying it - she said no, so we both left. I honestly could not bear watching this utterly embarrassing "show" any longer.
ABBA Voyage is a fantastical show...
Oh my what a fantastical show ABBA voyage is. Extremely well organised with very helpful staff. Pre-show food & drinks suit all diets and taste great. The merch store has lots of goodies at good prices. The show itself is absolutely amazing, so immersive and entertaining. Such fun to singalong and dance along that I cannot wait to visit again. 🥰🥰🥰
A Fantastic Experience
We are slightly bemused by the negative reviews on here. We went as an adult family of four - two of us around when ABBA were in their heyday and all of us still loving their songs. This show is quite simply an extraordinary visual and audio experience. The holograms are mind blowing - it far exceeded our expectations - they really do look like they are on stage. Those saying they were dead behind the eyes and there was some blur - well they are holograms and not real people - what do you expect!! What you get is is a great evening of fab songs with some fantastic live musicians, beautiful animations, clever lighting and VERY lifelike holograms - and of course the chance to sing the songs yourself at the top of your voice and have a great time with friends and family. This is groundbreaking stuff and I’m sure others will try it too and maybe improve on any flaws - but it’s a fun and entertaining night out - just don’t overthink it - be in the moment and enjoy it!
Poor
Poor. Overpriced.
Sound quality poor.
Visuals ok from a distance but close up looked like poor.
Members if staff trying to whip up some atmosphere.
I am a fan of Abba. But this is worth no more than the entrance price to the cinema.
Save your money
Am a lifelong Abba fan (tho not old enough to remember seeing them win Eurovision on tv 🤣) and booked tickets 9 months in advance to get nice seats for about £80. I wasn't sure what to expect as only heard good things, but felt disappointed with the show. The sound was poor, the avitars slightly 'plastic' looking & found their comments throughout the evening very patronising. The lighting was good though! I enjoyed the tribute band 'Kiss the Teacher' in Devon a few weeks ago much better (at £15 a ticket!).
Amazing - But be prepared to dance
I have seen some of the bad reviews and just don’t get it. I’ve been twice. Admittedly I’m an ABBA fan since childhood but I really thought the experience was amazing. I can’t speak to negative experiences with security guards, they were always very friendly with me and very kindly helped me search for a lost piece of jewellery on one occasion. Everybody dances - even in the seated area. Do not go expecting to sit at a theatre or the cinema and watch a show. Expensive - well it costs £25 to see a movie in London and I’ve definitely paid a lot more to see terrible musicals in the West End! My only gripe is it gets sooo hot. In summer it is sweltering on the dance floor! Hence my next trip is in Autumn!
I guess you know that after half an…Expensive!
I guess you know that after half an hour you start looking at your watch and wishing the next hour away ! that this is not as enjoyable as thought it would be. If you’re not on the crowded dance floor and in the very expensive seats the stage seems too far away. Yeah great venue great effects but for me overrated for the cost of the seat's. Also the sound wasn’t quite right extremely loud and bit muffled. Guess if you are a real ABBA fan go see it but for me decent tribute band down the local pub wins every time.
Not as overwhelming as I was told it would be…
Music as expected was always going to be 11/10 (who can argue with those songs!) and the band were fantastic. Lightshow was spectacular.
The holograms…
Maybe I was expecting too much and I’m being a picky bugger BUT I was expecting a bit more judging by what I’ve heard. I won’t go into detail because I don’t want to spoil it for people but personally I think the technology needs to advance another decade in some aspects.
Overall 7/8 out of 10.
Abbatars looked as bored as the audience.
Please, there really is no need to arrive an hour early so you can spend a fortune on overpriced food, beer and memorabilia.
Music ok but not the best selection of hits, poor imitation of Abba sound (bit muffled, not enough treble), band looked and sounded bored, lip sync issues, patronising speeches, no atmosphere.
Abbatars ok but imprisoned at back of the stage, we expected so much more.
Basically you are attending a big Abba advert and paying for the privilege. Maybe they need the money to send their Abbatars to LIPA to learn how to dance and sing properly?
Unforgettable and loved by three…
Unforgettable and loved by three generations of my family!!!! Impossible to relate to people what an extraordinary experience it is.
Disappointing
Disappointing. You do not need to arrive an hour before the show, they just want you to purchase expensive food, drink and merch, people were coming and going throughout the show. The technology is clever but the avatars are awful and soulless with dead eyes, there is no need for the obscure cartoons, more bio from the actual human members of the band would have helped. It could have been done so much better. There is a reason they don't want you filming it as I believe it would put a lot off. If I had paid £20 for my ticket I would have said it was worth it, but it is in essence a glorified (expensive) film/cinema show. We left at the second pointless cartoon about half an hour before the end.
Get rid of the backing singers and the ridiculous cartoon section!
Fantastic show, well worth the visit…..buuuuuutt….I paid to see the ABBAtars NOT the backing singers taking centre stage. Then there is that ridiculous cartoon section…spoilt the experience….ABBAtars are holograms and don’t need a rest or costume change!
Disappointing
Disappointing, given all the hype. I like ABBA and I'd have quite enjoyed the show, if I'd paid £20 for an evening out with friends. The holograms are a bit of fun, but with the lip sync off and odd hand movements confirming they were clearly "pretend", I made me wonder who the crowd were clapping and cheering? It all felt a bit odd! It was fun, but does not justify the price. As such, it feels like one of the greatest scams this century, but some obviously see it differently!
I’ve seen the bad reviews and I wonder…
I’ve seen the bad reviews and I wonder if they saw the same thing!
It was wonderful!
Food and drink was expensive, but no worse than any other concerts I’ve been to recently.
We were seated. Dance floor looked so crowded.
I’m an abba fan so it was wonderful to sing and dance to their bangers. Loved every minute
Show is amazing
Show is amazing, but vip not worth it on the 13:00 show. Food is sparse compared to the evening vip which is totally worth it. When you go into the venue the waiting area is open to outside so cold in the winter whereas the vip area is warm.
Insulting personnel. Never again
Insulted by a security agent during the show. Given the loud music, impossible to respond to his offense. People around me asking themselves what’s going on. To make his insulting intervention unnoticed by the others, the security agent was singing and dancing after he has insulted me. Most probably they are instructed or encouraged or let insult spectators. No email address nor any contact on the webpage to declare the complaint. I definitely don’t thank Abba for the music.
