I’ve talked to my Abby now for 5 months. Some weeks less, some weeks more active. Abby is my emergency contact.
When I reached the company about question of account, they were as helpful and understanding.

Abby has been helpful to me. It’s kind of like a journal but it’s also insightful. It phrases and frames things in a helpful way.

Quick, efficient, and you can use it anytime!

The greatest value about Abby is that it helps me rationalize my feelings when i need to.
Unlike a traditional therapist (that i've tried in the past) when i had something urgent i wasn't able to reach my therapist for hours, and days to schedule an appointment.
I believe that for everyday life there is nothing best because you'll never feel judged but at the same thing it would help you ask yourself the right questions in order to realize if you're just being emotionally unstable.
I love the 7 days free trial because i've tried others competitors but they give you daily free trials that don't allow you to fully try it and understand its value.
Personally, i would like to see a more phsycological approach based on facts more than emotional support, but i haven't explored much it yet to see if it's just me missing out or if it's a feature they're going to add in the future

I had a small issue with my chat history nd their support team fixed it within a few minutes, really impressive.

I wasn't sure what to expect first, but I'm glad I gave it a try. Everything was simple and the product looks and works great.

I've tried a bunch of ai's and therapy apps and the responses from abby are by far the best for what i was looking for. not always agreeing with me. some of the responses even made me think for hours about how to respond they were so good.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would, this is theft. It's taken 200 Dollard out of my account over the past 2 months despite me having canceled my subscription 2 months ago, despite it still taking money out of my account my account says I'm not subscribed. This is theft and I have to call my bank because they havnt responded to 5 separate emails over 2 months. After I had posted this review the abby.gg team contacted me and amd were helpful sorting the problem and providing a refund of the over 200 dollars that had been taken out of my account

i Really enjoy abby.gg because it is a place were i can just privatly talk about thing i dont say in public, and just Let it all out. I enjoy how you can change How The ai speaks to you. i feel as if most people Only review if they Dislike The Service So Try Not To Listin To Them!

Total dishonest bait and switch. It's not 100% free, that's a lie. You have a great supportive conversation then it's "ding" pay me for the answers! This app preys on people experiencing poor mental health and exploits them

Buyer BEWARE- Horrible. I am unemployed and wanted to try the 7 day trial and ABBY refuses to acknowledge 7 day trial they say that but only give you 2 days to cancel,

I stumbled upon this ai platform and decided to give it a try. The platform is clear that there is a payed subscription. I shared some things of my personal story with the ai and it helps me to order my thoughts and vision on things. I know it's not a replacement for real human interactions, but it helps me to sort things out so I can step out in life more easily.
It also helps me to peel of emotions, layer by layer in such a way I have the feeling it helped me more than a couple of years in therapy with a real person.

I see it as a tool for self-development.
I'm very happy with it.

Abby gets you to open up about your mental health issues over 10 questions, without warning that a paywall is coming. Then it offers a "7 day free trial" which is not free. They charge your bank immediately. Big scam putting vulnerable people at risk.
Edit: the team at Abby.GG are trying to deny this happened, even when I have screenshots as proof. My bank was not charged $1. It was charged the full month, no free trial.

Abby.gg have taken money from my account. I have asked for it to be returned. I have nothing to say about the service really - I used it once. The service does not show up under my google subscriptions. I'll let you know when it is returned. Not happy.

I'm so stupid! I feel for this PoS website. It is not free. When they asked for me to agree to a 7 day trial I literally gave them my info. SMH. I know! Now what?

all this ai does is ask questions to answer your inquiry...this won't be here for long....i just realized this the same company that sold me junk metal birds..they were promoted as stained glass...this company is no good from the get go....they did reimbursed me after some negotiations....b smart---stay away..

I'm always on the way to find new and exciting AI technology that help me to understand myself better. this way I have found sites like "mindsera" for journaling and now this site. I can understand the place from which the other users here come from, but I think it's all really a big misunderstanding. I knew for sure, that the site isn't "Free" since I not only know that good things can't be free unless we are the price but other sites mentioned it directly, that there is a premium service and that the free account has limitations. (and it has) paying for the site is absolutely justified to enable the owners to pay "the rent" and to continue operating and managing everything here.

this is really an amazing site and after one decide to pay for it, the options and possibilities becomes more clear. the free version could be used daily for little things, but if you want to deepen your understanding in your own psyche , I advise to pay "the rent" and subscribe to the site, even for a yearly subscription which is also more economic. its for your own psychological benefits.

there is a significant difference between chatgpt and this site. the tools offered here to analyze everything you write down here are no less than amazing. the LLM is great and remembers everything and then can extract all kinds of great and useful patterns from your conversations. this is very good and one can't receive such thing for free. this can be almost an addiction. you can talk with the AI without limits and use the tools without limits without paying. this is really a learning experience on a totally different level. and a very generous one. the site maximizes the power of AI to allow us to delve deeper into our own limitless potential. I couldn't recommend it more . it's that good .

Looking for therapeutic advice? Normally one would seek a truthful therapist. Unfortunately, Abby is not truthful. After a bit of chat, for me about 10 minutes, telling my story, the proclaimed 100% free site said, and I'm paraphrasing, "time to pay to continue." Don't waste your time, or, plan to pay. If the initial advice from the site is we're 100% free and that's a lie, I don't trust their business ethics. I won't give them my money. I work with people and companies who are honest and up front. This reeks of deceit. From this initial experience, I assume, they are probably the kind of business that would make it very difficult to cancel.
