They say, on the website, that it's free. I asked it even Abby, the AI therapist, during the chat. They said that it's completely free, always.

Stress mit Abbycar
Buchung war 2024: Mitarbeiterin gab uns einen Wagen, der kleiner war als der über carjet gebuchte (unseren hatten sie nicht mehr). Nach Protest wollte sie dann nur einen deutlich größeren gegen Aufpreis vermieten. Offensichtliche Kratzer durfte ich nicht (!) schriftlich im Übergabeprotokoll festhalten. Da mir dies sehr dubios vorkam, wollte ich dann doch eine Zusatzversicherung abschließen, was abgelehnt wurde. Viel Ärger! Viel Hin und Her. Der WAgen hatte einige Mängel (Glasbruch, Warnanzeigen), fuhr aber die 7 Tage anständig.
Immerhin hat dann bei der Rückgabe alles geklappt. Daher zwei Sterne.

Utterly dishonest about pricing
Utterly dishonest about pricing. Says it's totally free, then after you been working with it they hit you with subscription charges. I have no objection to paying and indeed expect it. Lying is a bad start to a therapueic relationship.

Not a 100% Free App; Unresponsive "customer service," Sales Promotion Site Futurepedia.io poses as a review site
1. Abby is not 100% free. Exchanges are limited to 10 per day.

It is fathomable that Futurepedia is being paid to promote Abby, or is an arm of Abby itself.
3. hello@ abby.gg is the contact address given, and it does not respond. I finally complained through Futurepedia, who apparently sent my email to
4. julian@ juliansarokin.com, who is the developer. However, when I raised the same issues I raised above, he did not respond.
Abby AI is reasonably good as an ai therapist. However, on the free plan, Abby sometimes responds in a way that wastes usage - drags on the convo without addressing the issue, or asks needless questions.
Request
Stop the lies. Stop posting that Abby is 100% free. Edit to "limited free use."
Provide a responsive team for customer service. Neither email addresses given above respond either at all, or to the issues stated above.

This 'AI therapy' website promotes…
This 'AI therapy' website promotes itself by claiming it's been featured on numerous News sites (NBC News, USA Today, CBS News, Fox News Media), articles which do not exist and which they refuse to provide. Their platform is full of bugs and spelling mistakes, and their customer service does not reply when you contact them. They even have a fake Trustpilot review giving them a rating of 4.9, but as you see, I'm the first to review them. I blocked my card after signing up for a trial, as I found them very untrustworthy as a result.
