Replacement canopy is not the same as original!!! Does not fit right and sags! Very disappointed

The replacement canopy top you purchased is designed to fit specific straight-leg frames with a center pole, and if your original frame is a different structure (such as a slant-leg or lower-height frame), it can cause fitting issues and sagging.

I received my ABC canopy as a Christmas gift. After setting it up I had a malfunction that i could not prevent. I contacted ABC canopy and they immediately helped resolve my issue. On top of the fact that the Canopy is extremely sturdy and well built, the customer service is above and beyond! I will definitely recommend and purchase all of my canopy’s from ABC!!

Opening the box and freaking out…
Opening the box and freaking out because the bag inside did not have any wheels was a problem that could have easily been solved by having an instruction sheet outside the bag rather than inside the bag. Even when I unzipped the bag, the wheels were not visible.. I thought I had accidentally purchased a massively heavy tent with a bag without wheels. I was so upset. I called Customer service who never called me back..

I order a yellow tent and after taking payment I received an email that my address is not deliverable for the warehouse but I can get a white, black or grey tent shipped from another warehouse....I wanted a yellow tent.
Typical bait and switch tactic...luckily I used paypal and had no problem getting my refund.

The issue was not intentional — the yellow tent is stocked in a specific warehouse, and due to a temporary logistics problem at that location, we were unable to ship to your address. The alternative colors offered were the only ones available from another warehouse at the time, and we understand that this was disappointing since you specifically wanted yellow.
We’re glad your refund was processed smoothly, but we regret that the situation affected your trust in us. The warehouse issue is being addressed so we can avoid this happening again. Customer service was not great
Customer service was not great. I ordered from this company because they had a pink canopy- it showed available on their website. When I ordered the money was taken out of my account and several days later, I got an email saying the pink canopy wasn’t available and I was asked to pick a different color. I said I wanted the pink one and they said that’s fine it’ll just take longer. I ordered in October and needed it by November 30th. I had emailed them asking when the new shipping date would be, and never heard back from them after a week. I emailed again and finally heard back from them saying that they will send a refund. By the time I had heard back from them, it did not leave me enough time to order a new canopy and it be in by November 30.

The canopy replacement came quickly and…
The canopy replacement came quickly and it’s perfectly. I bought it for next summer so I haven’t actually seen it up yet but the fabric seems nice and it’s a good color match.

This Canopy really is a great product. It came on time, with all we needed to set it up. Instruction were clear and any questions I had, were answered in a timely fashion. Combined with the mesh walls, and the product, I upgraded to a more sturdy tent.

Quality mfg?
Canopy went up fine with the quality I've come to expect from ABC Canopy. However when we went to put it away for next time one of the rivets that holds the metal canopy support rods snapped off immediately rendering the canopy non-operational for next time. Have not yet followed up to see what can be done. This is my 2nd ABC Canopy and used 1st one for many years before loaning it to a family member who did not take care of it.
