Don't understand why it cost $97.90 when everyone else I have spoken to never had to pay a cent. Not happy at all!!!
And the ABN I have been given bounced back! Furious! It was supposed to help with my business but I had to spend money I didn't have spare, on something that shouldn't cost money and doesn't even work!!!

The Tax office informed me that this service is a total rip off and the actual cost is around $33 not $300 and that I should insist on a full refund! The tax office informed me that they are investigating this service. The ATO informed me that the letter I had received telling me that my ABN registration was on hold from this group was a total load of rubbish because the only people who have that information is the tax office, these people can't promise to get your ABN faster as they have no power to do so, it is the Taxation office that control this!!!

I feel totally ripped off especially as I am just starting out in a new business and funds are tight!

Unprofessional requesting private information via email Because they couldn't match my name with ATO.... No phone call, charged more than advertised special , asked for a refund within 24 hrs took 2 weeks and only gave me $64 oh $99....?
Worse company ever. Avoid.

basically it's a fraud website
it says "Done in 15 minutes · Stress Free Service · Instant Updates", has it said in anywhere on the website the application have to submitted during the working hours? what happened if it failed what they advertised?
At first, I thought it's a government website by the web name, my fault. I submitted my application at midnight, and I waited till after 8am and still haven't receive my ABN. They charged me for over 290 something. I was waiting for my ABN to conduct some activities. Then I searched again, found it's not the government website, and really, ABN application on government website is for free. I applied from government website, due to I have applied through this fraud web, the government website was unable to approve my application straight away.
I am still dealing with this website for a full refund since I have canceled my deal with them.

Not only was my application lost, when my ABN finally arrived, my name has been spelled wrong. I now have to call up and get these details changed, which is extremely irritating because I FILED THE CORRECT DETAILS in the first place! Very unprofessional and a lot of my time wasted. When I pay for a service I expect it to be completed correctly and within a reasonable time frame.

It's simple, easy and very convenient.

I applied for an ABN but am still waiting to be advised what it is. I received an email telling me the ATO would do a check and it would take up to a month so I'm really not sure what the point of the ABN registration process is given it seems to have just been sent to the ATO. Nearly a month later and after paying the fee I am none the wiser, don't understand the process and don't yet have an ABN.

Please note there has been no friction so the star rating description is not accurate. The email interaction was acceptable but not helpful in me achieving what I needed which was to be issued with an ABN so the experience has been poor. I'm still waiting for my ABN and it is inconveniencing me as I can't issue invoices without one.

The service was very good and my emails were answered quickly. When my ABN was on hold there was constant updates on it's status. Very pleased

They are a rip off, cost almost $300 for a ABN & business name, you can do it on the Gov website for $89.00.
They make people think they are on the Gov website & exploit the gullible person, they should be reported.
Never answer the phone & only got some money back after complaining.

contacted them... they hadnt even submitted it.

Told me that cancellation would result in only a partial refund.

I ended up using the Gov website, did it myself, for free and only a few minutes.

Easy, efficient and convenient!

I initially applied via a company representing ATO on Google who charged me $100 for an ABN & said I was not allowed to apply ?
I then found the ATO / ABN site & applied 5 times with error messages - I called & complained with your system failures / upgrades & had my inquiries noted & escalated 3 times w/out any feedback
I then went to the ATO & spent another week trying to get an ABN which I eventually did
Basically the ABR system is very poor & customer service never came back to me on one occasion during the process to update me,

my experience was fairly good, customer service was very helpful and responsive. my only complaint is with ato
