Very uplifting & has given me confidence
Within 6 days my registration no has been returned to me and I am able to start working within my business. I am happy with the easy to fill in forms & when I got a bit lost help was there if I needed it.

Lack of Communication
Web site advises service within 15 minutes. After 24 hours I rang and was advised there was an error notice on my application, I only needed to confirm one thing and then the request was submitted. My problem is the lack of communication, I received no email or phone call to advise there was a delay - I had to chase this up.

simple and fast !!!!!
I expected that it took at least two weeks to get an ABN but I got it within one hour.
Also it's easy and live support team is very kind and assist well.

I found ABN reg. easy and quick to do and the reply was within limits, I thought the cost was a little expensive for a number.

Very convenient online use
Quite easy to apply for an ABN, however, the confirmation email you receive after applying simy states that you will "be in touch at some point." Would that be tomorrow? Next week? Is it okay for me to continue setting up my business in the meantime? A little more specification would be nice, but other than that, a very easy and relaxed experience all around. Thank You :)

Expensive for waht I received.
I had to ring the Taxation office to get my renewal done urgently. Your office told me that it would take three / four weeks. Not much value for $90.00 plus.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Reactivation applications are automatically placed on a manual review by the ATO before being approved. Unfortunately this is out of control and is standard government procedure. The ATO has a service standard of up to four weeks, however we usually find our client's ABNs are reactivated within two weeks.

I seemed to repeat myself in the emails and got the same message back,
still have not had confirmation that my abn info has been updated to what i do now, thanks.

very disappointed!
Having seen a monthly special of $33 and then being charged $97.20 i felt conned. And after 3 weeks still have no ABN number or paper work. You ripped me off! Well done. Yes i am very unhappy to say the least.
