Purchased two mixer taps for utility and kitchen sinks, not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for. Having had a slight issue with one of the taps, I contacted customer service and a very friendly person named Stephen responded straight away and resolved my problem in a very professional, friendly and speedy manner. Glad I paid that bit extra for the taps as the customer service received was priceless. Would certainly recommend and buy from them again.

I ordered an O ring kit which failed to arrrive apparently due to an address issue. I rang up and spoke to Olivia who despite the insignificant cost of the order, moved things along to arrange early delivery. This shows that there is great customer care within the organisation and I highly recommend Abode and their products.

Needed to contact Customer services for technical assistance; not a problem with the tap but tap became loose on the worktop. Spoke to three members of the C/S team who were all extremely helpful, professional and very patient. Problem solved. Team are a credit to their company.

Poor quality kitchen taps
I’ve purchased two taps from abode designs and had the same issue both times. The first tap started dripping within 2 years and the second after a year. Kitchen taps should last much longer than this, even in a hard water area. The guarantee only covers parts and not labour, so I will be out of pocket for the replacement. I will not purchase any other items from this retailer.

Abode Home Products' customer service have been absolutely superior in their customer care. Whenever I've had a concern regarding a product, they have been quick to address the issue or replace the product! I can't tell you how lovely its been to work with them and can't recommend them highly enough!

I’ve had a Proboil 2x for 5 years now, excellent product. One of the connector nuts had snapped and I spoke to a lovely lady in customer care who sent me a replacement nut to fix my proboil. It came next day and it’s all back working. Well done Abode, excellent customer care

We had a new kitchen in 2021 and choose a black Pico Monobloc Tap which looked fantastic and worked really well, but in recent months had become loose at the top. I spoke to the customer service team who were very quick, responsive and very supportive and able to guide me through the process of fault finding the issue and providing the relevant solution in a quick and stress free way. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Great job thank you Abode

friendly and very knowledgeable. Marjorie help me to find and gave me the solution to the problem. She was very very helpful and also as curtesy supplied me with free descaling solution and a brand new red outlet wingnut. I had a little knowledge on how to clean, replace the filter and get rid of the lime scale build. Marjorie talked me through the cleaning of the boiler. Most important is to also descale the inlet blue hole. Sorry couldn't think of another word... so like me I had it installed with my kitchen and did know anything about the up keep. Now I know I must replace the filter and descale as above every 6 months... it hadn't been repmaces and descaled since 2022 and we live in very hard water area, so more importantly to do this. Excellent service and I would ring them to get advice should you need help.

I have had a pro boil 3 for 4 years and it has broken down annually. It is now out of warranty and the original supplier has passed on the contract for pro boil to another company who will not do any out of warranty. Having published a bad review, the makers of Pro Boil provided a customer service contact and have been very helpful and generous in their solution to my issue. Whilst the Pro Boil 3 is still one star, their customer services rightly deserve a higher rating

I had a great experience with this company. Shelli was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Couldn’t wish for a better service.
Can’t fault them really. Red plastic wingnut for the hot water feed failed after 4 and a bit years. Couldn’t see a replacement online so emailed them to ask how to get one. Response was prompt and advised they sent a new one in the post.
Ordered a replacement part, very quick response & part was on its way ! Excellent service

I bought my system in 2021. In 2023 it began to leak and had to be replaced. As it was out of warranty, I had to pay £150.
2.5 years later, the second boiler has developed a fault and again needs to be replaced, this time at a cost of £270.
The system itself is great when working. We live a soft water area so no problems with scale etc..
The help desk are very knowledgeable and helpful but unfortunately I've had 2 boilers fail just out of the warranty period and have had to pay both times

In the same morning after I had provided these I had confirmation from Stephen that a set of replacement cartridges would be in the post and they arrived the next day.
