I'd never ordered from Absolute Textiles before. I found them to be a great company to deal with. From the quantities available to order on their website I assume they deal with a lot of trade orders... Voir plus
Quick delivery and a good ordering process, but the towels seem smaller than I anticipated. Of course, I didn't go and measure size for size, but that's a small bath towel. Will know for next time.
The order was exactly what I required, at a very reasonable price. It arrived promptly, sooner than expected. Everything went well.

Absolute Home Textiles are based in Swan Lane Mills in Bolton UK, a former cotton mill that is Grade II listed. Swan Lane Mills were at the forefront during the UK’s industrial revolution and the mills’ flamboyant terracotta embellishment were a reflection of the cotton industry’s prominence at the time.
We are to be proud to be based in such a historic location and to be able to continue the story that these mills had started.

We were sent a part wrong order
We were sent a part wrong order, to which we were told we wouldn't get the correct towels until we sent the wrong towels back and were checked!
This was your fault not ours and we are being penalised? we have literally spent thousands of pounds with this company.

Unfortunately there wads a packing error due to which the wrong coloured Towels were.
We apologised to the customer when we were notified of this and arranged a free return of the wrong towels and for replacements to be sent out.

Perfect Sleep
I have tried so many pillows over the years for my neck and back pain but nothing has worked. I've even spent silly money on specialist pillows and they have been a rip off.
Saw this wedge pillow and thought why not. I wasn't expecting much having tried so many, but wow, this is great. I now sleep well and wake without any pain. I wish that I had got this year's ago.
