I think History has an unequaled amount of docos on a wide area of subjects. Great for anyone with a wide range of history interest.

Great content with more being added all the time. I love learning about history and History Hit helps curate everything for me.

I love royal history

History Hit is everything I ever wanted in a History channel. The documentaries are filled with actual events, insightful interviews with scholars, experts of a particular site, and the story is told in such a way as to engage, personally, the viewer. So much history delivered with much information and respect for the viewer. Thank you, History Hit, for all you do.

Everything was fine until I decided to cancel. You can only cancel on the website which won’t let me login. I requested historyhit reset my password but won’t, they never send me a reset email which they website says they will. Emails sent to support email are answered with FAQS which don’t work or ignored. I had to put a merchant block on my credit card.

Much better programming than regular channels. Been trying to pull you up on Roku but no luck. Watching on tablet.

Why should I leave you a good review when you prevented me from continuing watching a program that I was halfway through and said I don’t have access to that anymore screw you I want my money back

I love history, so it’s always fun getting insights into many different topics with new refreshing viewpoints. Whether separating myth from facts or exploring myths to see how much truth is in them I never run out of content to choose from. They do bring history to life.

Another email from them claiming Apple is responsible for content - they are not — Apple deal with billing only they are not responsible for content … History Hit IS.
HH are the ones who promised me ad free podcasts once I subscribed- they are not doing this. So are in breach of contract.

They are totally ignoring the problem- dashboard won’t recognise my subscription - so pointless sending me info on how to use the dashboard to access the podcasts!
They are basically just sending rubbish replies.
Displaying total contempt for their customer.

They need to sort the problem out or refund my subscription.
Rarely have I encountered such poor customer service.

It’s quite simple- provide me with the services you said you would - ad free podcasts and stop trying to blame other companies.

Got a quick response via email, but it was asking questions about what my question was about. I answered that and then got another question about that response. Still waiting on a response to my initial question which dealt with using the Apple podcasts and Apple not recognizing my subscription and the question was how to get Apple to recognize the subscription is active.

I subscribe to more than 10 content providers and no other service provides as much value as HH. The closest is Great Courses Plus, which costs twice as much and does not provide as many hours of new content each week. I watch on Roku as I exercise each day and listen to podcasts almost every day. The hosts are enthusiastic and make history fun! I am glad I found them. Great value!

I love History and History Hit is it for me love it for the historic insights and vivid narativs of the diffrent Historic aspects and time periods varied and interresting.Thanks for that and rest asured I want to continue to enjoy it as it also expands my knowledge and interrest.

Tech support is simply appalling. Apple wants me to subscribe even though HH claims that podcasts are accessible through a link from their website to our preferred podcast app. I love Don Wildman but this is ridiculous.

Watch episodes almost daily. Excellent, in depth and fascinating. Keep digging up history!

I subscribed to History Hit and love the variety of topics and styles of the documentaries. My only concern is that I will never get a chance to watch everything I want too.
