Access Doctor Avis 

Have just realised that I have been scammed. If only I had read Trustpilot first! Ordered some UTI tablets and they took the money straight away whilst 'verifying' my age. And no email confirmation either. Please don't order from them. I am now thinking what my next step is.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ….. these people are scammers. I ordered and paid for Betnovate Scalp Therapy but email confirmation stated a different item. I emailed to cancel order but received no response. I rang but no one picked up and phone rang out. I did this 4 times. I sent another email and still no response. I then emailed again and threatened Trading Standards, and surprise/surprise someone rang me and promised immediate refund. NO REFUND has been given despite promise 10 days ago so I have now made a claim against my bank for charge-back, and I’ve also filled out an online form with Trading Standards. On Tuesday I will be lodging complaint with Police for theft. They are a disgraceful company who use sharp practices at best. They’ve stolen my money and clearly won’t refund. Very dishonest company.

Would give it 0 stars if I could.I placed an ordered for some anti sickness tablets which were priced £23.99. I assumed it was 100 tablets due to the picture used. However, I only received 30. I emailed customer service as I thought it was a mistake and that it might have fallen out in transit due to the box it arrived in being damaged. This was not the case, they replied back saying I placed an order for 30 at the price of £23.99 which is utterly ridiculous. Please be careful when you order from this website as it doesn't state anywhere that it was only 30 tablets for that price. I will never order from here ever again.

I ordered Betnovate scalp lotion and it arrived after 2 days. Very quick process and delighted that it arrived so quickly too. I will use this company again!

I placed an order. Then I read the negative reviews on here.
So I instantly regretted my decision.
So I contacted them via e-mail.
I'm afraid I was rather unkind. I demanded a refund.

After sending the final email. I sa my order had arrived. The very next day after I placed it. So I of course apologised to them.

I'm not sure why they'd received such negative feedback. But I will use them again. And certainly reccomend them.

Brilliant service, I ordered my contraceptive pill from access doctor yesterday, and they arrived the following day in perfect condition (I didnt even opt for next day delivery). Will definitely use them again!

I ordered and paid for an item, even paying extra for next day Royal Mail delivery!
I haven’t received it or had any response to my email.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering something from them.

AFTER you pay for the product they have a sistema (that doesn’t work) to verify your age so the order can be shipped. So since the day I placed my order last week, I have been waiting for some guidance from the Access Doctor team. First I had a problem with age verification. Now my order shows as “Shipped (completed)” and I still receive emails asking me to verify my age. I have not received any support from the company after contacting many times via email and I still don't know what the real status of my order is and what to do to get the product I paid for. TERRIBLE customer service! It seems like I lost my money. DO NOT BUY!!!

Beware. Your request could take a while for them to review so even if you think next day guarantee delivery means that, it won’t if they haven’t reviewed. They give no time frame for the review. It was a weekend but what’s the point of using an online service if they don’t work weekends or bank holidays ?? Still on pending review and by the time it’s cleared could’ve seen GP 😂😂😂. Waste of £25. No customer service available either, Dreadful.

Really impressed! The age verification was less than 5 minutes. The day that I requested prescription it got approved next day(considering it was bank holiday) and shipped as well. Got the package next day! Thank you so much!

I bought nausea medication from this company and usually with this medication you 100 tablets for the price between £21-£30 (from various different online docs) anyway I received my medication today only to realise that I got 30 tablets, I have bought this medicine before and got 100 from access doctor so I don’t know why I only got 30 this time, I would’ve never paid over £20 for only 30 tablets! I will never purchase from here again.

Awful, awful company. They don't state that they do an age verification check until after you've paid for your order. Despite my name and address being the same for years, I somehow failed it because I wasn't on their database. I needed this medicine next day, so requested a cancellation so I could order from another pharmacy without all the faff. I was charged a £5 admin fee for the privilege of cancelling - even though they had to do absolutely no admin. What an absolute scam of a company. I strongly recommend avoiding from here.

Edit: The customer service team agreed to refund me in full... but then sent me an email asking me to take my review down. However, I am leaving this up so other customers can be aware of the post-payment age verification and the £5 admin charge if you fail it and need to cancel.

I have ordered 3 times and every time got my order ! Also when i email them a question ..i get answered straight away...even tonight at 11pm !Great service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve paid for something the I didn’t receive and I will never receive. 🤯🤯🤯😡😡😡Horrible experience overall. I’ve ordered a product and never arrived. I spent days trying to contact both Royal Mail and them too in order to understand what happened as my parcel looked delivered but never arrived. After several phone calls, messages and emails I find out that the parcel has been returned to the seller. I’ve asked to have the delivery again and they ask me more money, I’ve asked for a refund and they refused to refund a shampoo on the grounds of possible alterations of the product itself. We have concierge at the ground floor that always receive the parcels for us if we are not home or if the parcel doesn’t have the flat number. I’ve been ordering everything online from all around the world and never had a problem that couldn’t be fixed. You are stealing peoples money…
