I ordered 3 beach shirts size large. I was sent one size large and two size extra large. Had to take them back to Accessorise in Stratford Westfield where there was a lot of confusion regarding exchanging the two ExL for Two Large shirts. Really annoying and time consuming. However the girls serving me were very nice.

When I ordered it said an account was created but it didn't, meaning when I went to login to check my order process I had to create a new one and my order was not linked to it. When brought up, most professional companies would easily be able to back-link an order to a new account, but the 'help' person just said 'Sorry nothing we can do'. Also, for something premium, arriving in a plain cardboard box and some soft wrapping tissue (no branded box or anything) is not what I was expecting.

Paid for next day delivery so I could have the product for my holiday. 5 days later it’s yet to arrive. When I asked the company where it was they said to allow for the bank holiday weekend.. which I have. Even next day delivery after the bank holiday my delivery should have arrived by now!

Nectar points don't match amount spent. Quality is a bit hit and miss with some of the bags. Last order returned roll on bag as it fell apart after one use. Weekend bag stitching looked bad in the photo so didn't order it. I have ordered an evening bag,earrings and two hair clips. Delivery company Evri. Ordering okay. Prices for some items seem expensive even when reduced. Ordered online as Reading store can be a bit awkward to walk round. Took a while this time for order to be dispatched. Haven't received goods yet so cannot comment about them. Usually throw out bags when the faux leather starts peeling. Like the embroidered bags. Be careful about earrings with very small stones as sometimes in store they have been missing. Have bought bags,wallets,purses,hair accessories,belts,socks, jewellery box and jewellery. I don't usually have a problem with prices but went to an outlet and had arguments over the prices there. Only other problem seems to be a weird penny left on my accessorize card even when l tell them to use up all the money on card. This happened twice when l used it at the Reading store. Displays aren't always great in store and sometimes the bags l wanted to look at were up the top so have had to reach up higher than l would like. Have bought in other stores elsewhere.

I bought hair accessories for my Granddaughter, they look lovely and I'm sure they will be loved by my Granddaughter. The delivery was prompt and on time, the items were well made and reasonably priced. Hence 5 stars very pleased.
