Received my bag next day delivery with no problems. I signed up for a reduction code which then opened the door to many marketing emails. I have now unsubscribed from them and hopefully won’t be receiving so many emails now.
The bag is gorgeous and will happily keep it for my holiday.

Missing items
Unfortunately, I never received half of my parcel. For some reason the 2 items ordered were sent separately & I only received 1 half of my order. I am currently liaising with Evri regarding this.

Well I was sooo upset I never even received my parcel from you Evri was your courier and the icing on the cake was when I had an email showing me a piccie of my parcel being handed to someone else standing outside of a flat which isn’t even where I even live !!!

I contacted customer service before ordering and they gave me blatantly wrong information. As a result I received a bathing suit that was several sizes too small. They do not admit any wrongdoing.
