I have used ACE at Sydney airport 4 times now and each time I have received friendly service from the staff. On occasions I have been upgraded from the vehicle I had booked which has been a pleasant surprise. Vehicles have been clean and well presented.
I have found their prices to be very competitive with other well known brands and moving forward, I will continue to use ACE car rentals.

Easy to find the Shuttle pick up location at the Arrivals Terminal..
Straight forward and simple to process pick up of the Car. Car is new Mazda CX05 with 7,900 kms.

Likewise, for the drop off and shuttle bus to the Departure Terminal.

Excellent professional and friendly service

Staff were extremely helpful and made everything easy, sharing their local knowledge regarding roads and tolls. The car was clean and comfortable and transfers to and from the airport were easy. The team took the stress out of the situation with clear instructions throughout.

Everything on time, the staff was super kind. The car is in great condition, great value of money. Bond refunded right after returning the car. I had a flat tyre which I had to buy later on, and they refunded that right away, having their insurance included.

Collected from the airport and taken to the rental agency by a friendly driver.

I have taken a Car from Ace Christchurch. I received an almost a brand-new car for my family of five. Friendly staff, car was in great condition and very clean. Very efficient shuttle service. Great value for money. Overall, very satisfied with the service received.

Support was absent throughout the rental period, i received poor or no replies to the issues with the car. Phone support was also not supportive, long waiting time, bad connection at their end. After return the service was just as bad - required documents arrived only after several requests and some charges are still argued. The provided car was technically not in a good shape, consuming twice the amount of fuel as it should and showing service alerts from the start.

Availability of $0 excess option was mentioned upfront on the webpage.

Booked a car from Auckland to Wellington. The car was great, in perfect condition and easy to drive. The whole experience was super easy and there were not surprise charges.
Would book ACE again.

We have been very patient with this company and sent loads of emails explaining our problem. Did get 2 replies both saying would get back to us within 3 to 5 working days, weeks later had a reply only to tell me something that was not the problem.
Be very careful if you book a car with these as will take a Debit card for the booking but when you go to collect will only accept a Credit card, which we did not have so had to pay another 685 GBP and already had paid 883 GBP including extra insurance cover a real rip off. Jan Sharp

Excellent service from the Christchurch branch - modern fleet and exceptional service especially when our first car developed a fault part way thru a 1 month rental - a manufacturers fault and nothing to do with the quality of the vehicle. A replacement car was immediately provided and we were compensated for the inconvenience.

I had a terrible experience with ACE car rentals at Auckland airport New Zealand.

We were told we would be picked up by bus at the end of the airport no bus arrived , so we call and we were then told to go and wait at gate 8 we did but no bus arrived. So we called and were told that we needed to walk through a tunnel to be picked up now I’m disabled and unable to walk far . The walk was so long for me that by the time I got there I was in agony and couldn’t walk .
We called again and were told the bus was on its way but half an hour later we gad to call again all in all it took 2 and a half hours of our holiday. Which by the way ruined it for me as I couldn’t walk ver far without pain if it wasn’t for the run around I would have recommended them, if you have a disability the it’s a definite no from me . Staff we nice the car was good .
