Really wasn’t impressed. Delivered £3k worth of product to the wrong address. Left outside for 3 days! And all they said was the product will be fine

Not Client Focused
I was very happy with the service when Christian was my account manager and used the company a lot. However, after he left, I contacted them several times (around five emails) to request a new account manager but received no response. Because of this, I moved to Fox Pharmacy, who have been far more focused and attentive to my needs.
